Travis Kelce was born in Westlake, Ohio, on October 5, 1989, to Ed and Donna Kelce.

His older brother, Jason Kelce, is a center for the Philadelphia Eagles.

As ET reported, while speaking on the New Heights podcast in July 2023, the football star spoke with his brother about how he tried to give the pop icon his number.

He revealed that while at one of Taylor's historic Eras Tour concerts at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium, he planned and failed to give her a friendship bracelet containing his number.
Travis said: "I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her."
He continued: "If you're up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets. I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.
"She doesn't meet anybody, or at least she didn't want to meet me, so I took it personal."
As the outlet noted, he then praised the singer-songwriter for putting on "an unbelievable show."
However, the NFL player later succeeded in contacting the singing superstar.
Taylor revealed to Time that their romance “all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast."
She also confessed that the two were already a couple by the time she was first spotted at his games.
Taylor showed her support for the football player and the Chiefs at a game on September 24, where she was seen cheering on the team alongside Kelce's mother.
After the game ended, Taylor and Travis were spotted walking side by side at Arrowhead Stadium.
In their first display of affection, on Saturday, October 14, the two were seen holding hands while walking to a Saturday Night Live after-party in New York City.
Taylor has been regularly seen in Chiefs games since, and even personally congratulated Travis with a kiss when the team clinched a ticket to the Super Bowl LVIII.
During a press conference on February 5, 2024, Travis put rumors of an impending engagement to rest.
When asked by a reporter if there was "going to be another ring" given out if he won the Super Bowl, Travis said he was only focused on the game.
