Logan Paul wins first WWE title belt in controversial finish with BRASS KNUCKLES and has heated chat with Rey Mysterio
LOGAN PAUL beat WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio to become the new US Champion.
Paul and Mysterio faced off at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia where the social media star won his first belt in WWE.
The amateur boxer linked up with the professional wrestling giants in 2021 and signed an official contract almost a year later.
And now the 28-year-old holds one of wrestling's most prestigious and historic titles.
The two high-fliers put together an entertaining encounter after Paul entered the ramp in a dune.
That was until The Maverick cheated as a member of his entourage handed him a pair of brass knuckles, just like at SummerSlam.

The three-time world champion noticed that and managed to get them off his opponent's hands and forced him to drop them at ringside.
Paul's associate tried to get them back but was stopped by Mysterio's LWO partner Santos Escobar.
Escobar picked them up but shockingly left them back on the ring apron before chasing the YouTuber's ally.
Paul picked them up before being hit by a 619 from the ex-WWE Champion.

Mysterio tried to finish his rival off with a Springboard Senton but the American caught him with a powerful punch while wearing the knucks to seal the win.
The former World Heavyweight Champion watched Paul celebrating with disgust.
The internet sensation tried to clear things up with Mysterio by telling him he didn't know that was going to happen.
But the WWE Grand Slam Champion didn't believe him as he insisted he had it all planned.
Paul's PRIME business associate KSI congratulated his friend on social media with a picture showing him holding the title over his head next to a fallen Mysterio.
The Brit tweeted: "HE DID IT!!!! LET’S GOOO."
The bout's finish strongly hinted that Escobar betrayed Mysterio as he could have instead ran off with the brass knuckles.
That means the two lucha libre superstars could lock horns soon.
