Kay Adams handed gift by Shams Charania live on her show and he says ‘you know how I feel about you’
AS Christmas looms, sports host Kay Adams has received her first gift of the holiday season.
During Wednesday's episode of her show Up And Adams, NBA Insider Shams Charania shocked Adams with a surprise gift in the final seconds of the show.
With just about a minute of air time remaining, Charania told Adams: "It's Christmas time right now, you're from Chicago, it's the Windy City, you know how I feel about you and your show and all your success."
Handed a gift mid-way through his speech, he then pulled a neatly wrapped package out of an orange gift bag and handed it to Adams.
She did her best to guess what it could be, but it was not an Up And Adams hat, an iPhone, or a Chicago Bulls jersey.
Clearly shocked, Adams asked: "Was this a joke? You're so nice!"
She pulled the gift out of the bag and it turned out to be a scarf.

Charania reiterated: "You know how I feel about this show, how I feel about you...The Queen of FanDuel TV."
Adams related a message she had received, which called Charania "a rizz God," to which she responded: "Yes he is ladies and gentlemen!"
Rizz is a slang term for charm.
Fans clearly loved the exchange, with one tweeting: "OMFG I just dropped to my knees crying at my local Walmart, and everybody was looking at me."
A second said: "Just tie the freakin knot already."

Sticking with this theme, a third replied: "I just need y'all to get married pls & thanks."
While another suggested: "Could they be the media world's version of Taylor and Travis? It's a love story and hopefully Kay says yes."
Adams is perhaps most well known for her time as a co-host on the NFL Network talk show Good Morning Football.
However, in 2022 she opted to make the move to FanDuel TV which has paid off in a big way.
The popularity of her show has recently led to it being picked up by Max Sports, as per Barrett Sports Media.
