In addition to the antique house, built in 1873, the History Channel star currently resides in his $1 million home in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee.

On Wednesday, Mike shared a few photos on his Instagram Stories to document the work being done on the brick house.

The first photo showed several construction workers standing on ladders perched up against the walls as they began working on the home's front porch addition.

"First day of something Badass on West 6th," the American Pickers star wrote.

The following upload showed a better view of the wooden panels being added, which stuck out at the front of the mansion.

"This porch has been missing from this house for decades," he revealed in text over the shot.

Mike also shared a throwback shot of the home, which once had a front porch and awning.

"Making it happen in Columbia's historic district," he added.

The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that Mike originally purchased the 3,166-square-foot house on May 20, 2022.

The property is conveniently just minutes away from his many businesses in Columbia, including his Columbia Motor Alley shop.

The home features three bathrooms and a basement, as well as a wood deck, cabana, detached carport, porch, and other amenities.

MORE MANSION DETAILS

On Tuesday, Mike shared more photos on his Instagram profile to give fans insight into his renovation project.

The first picture showed the living room of the building, which featured dark wood floors with a large patterned rug in the center.

The room was completed with floor-to-ceiling windows, a chandelier, two leather chairs, a couch, a dresser, and a coffee table.

Mike Wolfe's businesses

Mike Wolfe has created a business empire featuring real estate, antique stores, and more.

The second slide of the carousel showed an architectural drawing of the home's outside before renovations.

The last photo provided the modern view of the home, which didn't include the original spire or porch.

"Morning light at the Columbia Tn Italianate project. Working from original photos of the house…The cupola and porch part have begun," Mike captioned the post.

"The gentleman that built this house in 1873 was deeply into astrology. He was said to only fire brick when he felt the moon and stars were aligned for him to begin.

"This house has a beautiful energy maybe for that very reason," he concluded.

MIKE'S EMPIRE

Mike has grown a large real estate profile since being in the public eye.

He purchased his Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee home for $1,050,000 in 2020 after splitting from his ex-wife Jodi Faeth.

The 3,153-square-foot house contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It also has a detached garage for the picker to store his antiques.

In 2004, Mike purchased a 3,168-square-foot house in Le Claire, Iowa, where he stays during hometown visits.

The house is a two-story duplex, featuring an apartment on the second floor and the business The Shameless Chocoholic occupying the first.

The reality star has also created a business empire that includes antique stores and real estate investments.

Mike currently owns two Antique Archeology stores: one in Le Claire, Iowa, and another in Nashville, Tennessee.

He has launched his own renovation and restoration company, MRW Properties, as well as his own production company, Mossy Pointe, INC.

Mike has also been busy helping his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, with the recent opening of her new Kentucky coffee shop.

BACK AT IT

Mike's latest update comes as the crew has returned to filming American Pickers.

Mike's brother Robbie Wolfe and Jersey Jon shared a behind-the-scenes post last week, confirming new episodes were on the way.

Robbie, Mike's brother, took over for Frank Fritz, 58, after the host was fired in July 2021 following his health conditions.

The show also stars OG host Danielle Colby, 48.

"Filming all new shows of American Pickers. I hope your spring and summer is going to be a successful one Jersey John in the house," Robbie said.
