Jason parses through Arturas Karnisovas’s comments from his end-of-season press conference. Jason discusses whether Nikola Vucevic or Zach LaVine will be traded, Billy Donovan’s job security, and whether the Bulls are embarking on a rebuilding phase (21:55).
