Marisel Salazar

Marisel writes for Michelin, PureWow, VinePair, INSIDER, and more. She is one of Refinery29's Top 10 NYC Food Instagrams to Follow, Zagat's Top 100 Food Instagrammers in the U.S. and is a part of PureWow's The Coterie and Tasting Table's The Tastemakers. She is the host of MSG Network's newest show "Driven to Dine" and "United States of Spirits" on the Spirits Network. She was the former food editor at Melting Butter.

She has worked extensively with restaurants and chefs, having produced bespoke culinary events with James Beard award-winning, Michelin-starred, and up-and-coming chefs across the U.S. like Renee Erickson of The Whale Wins, Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson of Kismet, and Carrie and Rupert Blease of Lord Stanley, as well as curating neighborhood dining guides for hotel properties.

She works in many aspects of the food/digital industry including editorial writing, copywriting, social media, and content creation.

Marisel received a Bachelor's of Science in Communications with Concentration in Nutrition from Cornell University. She is also a member of the Newswomen’s Club of New York.
