WELCOME BONUSES exist to attract new players to online casinos, but loyalty programs are there to help keep existing customers satisfied.

A host of rewards are up for grabs, ideal for those who consistently deposit and place bets. On this page, I will discuss the online casinos in the UK that offer the best reward schemes.

My favourite online casinos and the best loyalty offers from our partners

Everyone should have easy access to ongoing offers at the best online casinos. I’ve spent a lot of time picking apart loyalty programs, so I know what constitutes true value and what looks good on paper but crumbles under scrutiny.

To help you find the best deals, I’ve listed five of my favourite online casinos with loyalty offers. They’re not 100% perfect, but few things are in the gambling world. However, when you look at each system as a whole, I believe these are the best UK online casinos for loyalty offers and ongoing promotions.

1. Duelz

Duelz is the ultimate themed casino. The homepage alone features animated characters running through lush green meadows. Unsurprisingly, this theme extends to the loyalty program. Unlike similar systems, there’s an air of mystery to the Duelz Casino loyalty program.

If I’m completely honest, the Duelz loyalty program isn’t as easy to understand as some. Fortunately, I’ve been around for a while, so it didn’t take me long to work it out. However, if you’re a newbie, it might not be clear how to earn rewards.

Put simply, you enter “Duelz” by playing real-money casino games. The more you play, the more likely you are to defeat opponents and win a Duel. Winning a duel earns you stars that unlock chests. There are six chests ranging from Bronze to Legendary, and each one contains a certain number of spells.

These spells conjure up random rewards. In terms of engagement and excitement, this is one of the best loyalty schemes I’ve tried. However, as I’ve said, the uncertainty does make it hard to know what you need to wager in order to earn rewards. If you’re able to get past this, there are plenty of generous rewards to claim, including free spins with no wagering requirements.

2. Voodoo Dreams

If you like the creativity of Duelz Casino’s loyalty program but want a bit more certainty with regard to rewards and betting targets, I recommend Voodoo Dreams. The system is, as you’d expect, based on magic spells.

All registered players earn Spirit Points (SP). You earn 1,000 SP for every £1 wagered on casino games. Each winning bet you make unlocks Spirit Points. Each time you lose a bet, the SP balance (aka debt) grows. By the time you finish a session, a percentage of the SP debt is paid to you. The percentage you receive is based on the amount of wins you’ve accrued.

In my opinion, the way points are calculated is needlessly complex. However, in reality, you don’t need to worry about what’s going on in the background. As long as you play real-money games, you’ll earn Spirit Points that can be used to cast spells. These spells cost varying amounts and unlock free spins with no wagering requirements and instant cash prizes up to £250.

For me, the fusion of style and substance (i.e. the casino’s voodoo theme and magic spells) makes the process of earning loyalty rewards more entertaining. Add to this the fact you get bonuses without any wagering requirements, and it’s hard to fault the Voodoo Dreams loyalty program.

3. Winomania

My first two loyalty picks have been unique in terms of how you earn points and unlock rewards. There’s a certain allure to these types of bonus programs, but I’m still drawn to traditional VIP programs. That’s why I’ve added Winomania to my list of leading UK casino loyalty programs.

The system, compared to Duelz and Voodoo Dreams, is simple. You wager £10 on casino games and earn 1 VIP point. The more points you earn, the higher up the six-tier VIP system you climb. Each tier (Entry to Diamond) features unique perks, including personalised promotions, up to 20% weekly cashback, and the ability to redeem points for cash prizes.

Getting personalised bonuses and cashback on losses is great, but the often overlooked aspects of Winomania’s VIP Club are player perks. Every VIP member gets access to expedited withdrawals. Those who reach the Silver tier also get a dedicated account manager who can make your time on the site even better.

The 40x playthrough on bonuses is a bit high for my liking, but it’s in line with industry standards, so it’s not a big problem. Moreover, because you can convert points to cash prizes without any wagering requirements, the positives outweigh the negatives in this regard.

4. Magic Red

No one likes losing, not least me, which is why I’ve become a regular at Magic Red. Monthly rebates on net losses are available to Platinum, Premium and Prestige players. I will say that working out the terms and conditions for this loyalty program wasn’t easy.

However, based on Magic Red Casino’s bonus policy, cashback is limited to the value of your deposits in a given month. For example, if you deposit £200 in a month, that makes you eligible for rebates up to the value of £200.

Naturally, cashback is based on your net losses. So, if you deposit £200 and lose £150, you’ll receive a rebate of £150 in bonus funds. These bonus funds are subject to a 35x playthrough. I’d love the rebate to be paid in cash, but as playthrough requirements go, 35x isn’t too bad. So, if you hate losing as much as me, Magic Red Casino is a great place for cashback rewards.

5. LeoVegas

Online casinos don’t always need loyalty programs to give you a steady stream of added value. LeoVegas is my favourite UK casino site for weekly offers. It doesn’t matter what day it is, there will always be ways to get bonus cash, spins, and progressive jackpots.

The progressive jackpots are special because they’re not available anywhere else. Why does that matter? Because you’re not competing with players at dozens of online casinos. Therefore, in theory, you stand a better chance of winning a share of £18 million+ when you wager as little as £0.10 on selected games.

If progressive jackpots aren’t your thing, there are small but mighty weekend bonuses. For example, the £5 Weekend Casino offer gives you the chance to get £5 in cash when you deposit £50+ and wager 3x its value over the weekend.

I think the £50 minimum deposit requirement is a bit high, but it’s not so high that most players can’t get something out of this promotion. Indeed, if you’re a relatively active player, LeoVegas is a great place for small but mighty cash bonuses.

What is a casino loyalty bonus?

In addition to welcome bonuses, you can also see loyalty programs at casinos.

Simply put, a loyalty bonus is used by online casinos to reward players for their regular activity on their platforms. They help to entice new customers into signing up, while also keeping existing players satisfied.

They also increase the likelihood of players depositing money and placing bets in the future. While called loyalty bonuses, this type of promotion actually comes in the form of different rewards. These include reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, birthday bonuses and much more.

What casino loyalty bonuses can I get?

As I mentioned above, a host of casino loyalty bonuses are available to players today. Each is slightly different, both in terms of the reward and terms and conditions. Let’s take a closer look at the most common types of casino loyalty bonus:

Cashback Bonus

There is nothing quite like receiving money back that would otherwise be long gone. The percentage of money you receive will vary. An example is a 10% cashback bonus on net losses between Monday-Friday. In most cases, this money can be withdrawn immediately or used to fund future bets.

Reload Bonus

Reload bonuses are the most common form of VIP reward. The exact way in which you qualify differs between casinos. For example, you could receive a £10 bonus when depositing at least £100 in the same week. Wagering requirements may surround this form of bonus though.

Birthday Bonus

This one is a little easier to understand. An increasing number of online casinos offer a birthday bonus. You are unlikely to need to do anything in order to qualify either, other than keeping your casino account running.

Free Spins

Ideal for those who enjoy video slots, free spins are another form of reward used by casinos through loyalty programs. Available to use on selected slots, they make it possible to spin the reels without risking your own money.

How to claim a loyalty bonus

How you claim a loyalty bonus will vary between casinos. However, as they are used to reward loyal players, you will need to regularly deposit money and place bets.

This should not mean that you go above your budget, with gambling responsibly being of greater importance. Some bonuses are more specific in their qualifying conditions. For example, place X worth of bets in order to get a X bonus.

What are the benefits of casino loyalty bonuses?

The benefits of casino loyalty bonuses are there for all to see. Firstly, it will make you feel like you are a valued player. Meanwhile, you are rewarded for consistent investment and activity. In many cases, you will climb the VIP tiers as your activity increases. This will also see the generosity of the rewards improve.

Many players have already profited from a loyalty bonus, which gives players a chance of winning, without risking any more of their hard-earned money.

Why do casinos offer loyalty bonuses?

You may be wondering just how online casinos benefit from offering loyalty bonuses. However, while the best online casinos are handing out rewards and potentially money, they understand that such schemes help to keep players satisfied. In turn, this increases the chances of them depositing funds in the future. So, there is something in it for both parties.

Loyalty bonuses vs VIP bonuses - which is better?

Is there a difference between a loyalty bonus and VIP bonus? This really depends on the casino. On some betting sites, the only difference is the name. The two are used interchangeably in many cases, with the bonuses on offer being the same. The perks up for grabs will depend on the number of loyalty/VIP points collected along the way.

However, it can be that loyalty and VIP bonuses are different. In some cases, VIP bonuses are only available to high rollers and those who are personally invited. As such, most “normal” players will not be eligible.

How to find the best casino loyalty bonuses

From what I can see, the number of loyalty bonuses available to players in the UK is increasing quickly. This is due to how popular they are and how they help to entice players into signing up.

However, not all loyalty schemes are worth taking advantage of. So, when deciding which one to utilise, be sure to consider the following factors:

  • Shop around - I only recommended the leading online casinos in the UK for loyalty rewards. However, be sure to take a closer look for yourself, in order to see which best meets your needs. Of course, you are free to take advantage of multiple casino loyalty bonuses if you wish.
  • Ask customer support - If a casino does not make it clear as to what kind of bonuses and rewards are up for grabs, you can always get in touch with their customer service team. Whether via live chat, email or social media platforms, you are likely to get a quick response.
  • Check terms and conditions - Where possible, look at the bonus terms and conditions that you will have to deal with after signing up. These are likely to include wagering requirements, expiry and eligible casino games
  • Keep an eye on promotions pages - Many bonuses and offers are published on the “Promotions” page of casino sites. Here, you will get a better idea of what you can look forward to. This is also where full bonus T&Cs are listed.

Why I love casinos that reward loyal players

There are a number of reasons as to why reward schemes are increasingly common. However, the following are the standout reasons for my favouritism towards casinos that offer regular bonuses and rewards to their customers:

  1. In many cases, the rewards get more generous the more you deposit.
  2. You can earn free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers and much more.
  3. You will likely be entered into a loyalty scheme as soon as your registration is complete.
  4. Both mobile and desktop players are able to take advantage of VIP bonuses and rewards.
  5. Unlike other promotions, loyalty rewards are unlikely to come with strict terms and conditions.
