Crocs currently has a spring sale of up to half price, and you can also get an extra 15 per cent off if you sign up for their Crocs Club too.

One shopper shared how they had snapped up four pairs of the popular shoe in the sale.

Taking to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, they showed the items they had bought.

They first got a pair of pink kids Crocs for £13.49, which had originally been £44.99.

The cheapest pair they got was £8.75, which had been £34.99.

The shopper added they had bought “four pairs of Crocs and a pack of charms for £50.”

And a third commented with heart emojis: “them skull ones.”

Crocs has become one of the most popular shoes thanks to its unique combination of practicality and distinct design.

Lightweight, durable and comfortable, it’s perfect for the warmer months.

When the American shoe launched in the early 2000s, it initially sparked a huge frenzy with mixed views from shoppers on its design.

Founded by Andrew Reddyhoff, it was made to be a boat-friendly sandal that could also float on water and since then, it’s become synonymous with the outdoors and a comfy footwear staple.

The classic clog design is normally priced at about £45.

Last year, fashion fans were left totally divided as Crocs announced a Shrek-inspired shoe.

And Crocs and McDonald’s dropped a limited edition collection in November.

Meanwhile, a wedding guest sparked debate after the groom wore Crocs for the ceremony while the bride opted for a fancy gown.

And back in 2017, Balenciaga sent models down the runway wearing platform Crocs.

Crowds at the brand's Paris Fashion Week show were left gobsmacked by the sight of a model clod-hopping down the runway in the clunky shoes.

People were horrified, commenting on a video shared to Instagram that they would never allow a pair of the moulded-shoes in their house, let alone wear them around.
