JOE Biden stopped himself from saying Donald Trump gave "racist f**ks" credibility before stopping himself at the last minute.
The Democratic nominee for this year's presidential race almost uttered the expletive during a round table discussion in Philadelphia on Thursday.
"When a president speaks, no matter how good or bad he is, people listen," Biden said during his latest gaffe.
"And when he speaks and gives credibility to these racist f – I better watch my language – folks out there, they come out from under the rocks."
During his appearance in Pennsylvania, Biden detailed his thoughts on Trump, accusing him of giving prejudiced people a platform in the wake of the George Floyd protests – after nearly dropping an F-bomb.
"From the moment he came down that escalator in his golden building, when he started off saying 'I'm going to see to it that we get rid of all those Mexican rapists," Biden began. "That's the first thing he talked about.
"Secondly, what did he do? He decided that he was going to pit us against each other based on race."
"When you saw those people at Charlottesville, coming out of the fields carrying those torches, their veins are bulging and screeching that anti-semitic hate and bile," he said of the 2017 white nationalist Unite the Right rally in Virginia.
"[They used] he same phrases used in Germany in the early thirties in Nazi Germany – accompanied by the Ku Klux Klan.
"The Grand Wizard said 'this is why we elected him.' And then a young woman gets killed and he gets asked to comment and he says there were 'very fine people on both sides.'"
"No president in the history of the United States has ever said anything remotely like that," Biden raged, pointing his finger.
"So what I learned coming out of the movement much, much earlier as a kid is you think you can defeat hate, you can only make it hide."
Biden's comments came two weeks after his controversial "you ain't black" blunder, which caused widespread outrage.
He was discussing undecided black voters who don't know whether to support him or Trump this November when he made the remark.
He later conceded the statement he made on "The Breakfast Show" with Charlamagne Tha God was a "mistake."
But then Biden claimed the radio presenter was also being "a wise guy" because he was "smiling when he was asking the question."
Trump slammed Biden in an interview with Fox News on Thursday, saying the Delaware Democrat was had "created his own sanctuary city in the basement of where he is."
On Saturday morning, the President reiterated his belief that Biden-led democrats wanted to "totally destroy our great Police Departments" amid widespread civil unrest and calls for Confederate statues to be removed.
The news comes after Trump decided to reschedule his Juneteenth rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the site of the 1921 Black Wall Street massacre.
Officials slammed the June 19 event amid Black Lives Matter protests because it marked the date American slaves were freed by Abraham Lincoln in 1865.
On Friday night, Trump took to Twitter to announce that he was changing the date.

"Many of my African American friends and supporters have reached out to suggest that we consider changing the date out of respect for this Holiday, and in observance of this important occasion and all that it represents," he tweeted just before 11.30 pm.
"I have therefore decided to move our rally to Saturday, June 20th, in order to honor their requests.
"We have already had ticket requests in excess of 200,000 people. I look forward to seeing everyone in Oklahoma!"
