When is Black Friday 2023?

Black Friday takes place on November 24 this year.

The annual shopping holiday was once just considered an American treat as it always falls the day after Thanksgiving.

However, in recent years retailers all across the globe have tended to offer their own kind of promotion, especially for Cyber Weekend.

That is definitely true of the UK!

Numerous retailers and brands here save up their biggest deals of the year for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

So, if you'd had your eye on an expensive item - like a piece of designer clothing - this is the best time to shop for it.

Is Farfetch taking part in Black Friday this year?

Yes, Farfetch will be taking part in the part Black Friday celebrations this year, just as they have done in the past.

Farfetch has already started its Black Friday deals, in fact, with an extra 20% off on top of its usual sales prices.

That's a big chunk given some of the designer price tags involved!

However, it's worth bearing in mind that if you can't find the item you're looking for in the Farfetch sale, it might be looking at Black Friday deals from other luxury retailers, such as Selfridges.

It's also worth noting that some brands might not be included in the sale; for example, popular items from designers like Bottega Veneta are unlikely to be in the sales.

Keep an open mind - you never know what amazing product you might stumble on this Black Friday.

What to expect from Farfetch's Black Friday sale 2023

Last Black Friday, Farfetch held a huge Black Friday sale and like many retailers chose to release deals slightly ahead of time.

Some designer threads were discounted by up to 80%, so we are hoping for similar or just as good this year.

We're talking luxury designers including Victoria Beckham, Balmain and Jimmy Choo, as well as high-end streetwear from the likes of Adidas and Polo Ralph Lauren.

If you want a real steal, it might be worth holding out until the end of November for the best deals - although, the downside to this is there may be less choice.

We'll keep this page regularly updated with the best deals, so keep checking back.

When is Cyber Monday and will Farfetch be taking part?

Cyber Monday falls directly after Black Friday and lands on November 27 in 2023.

It's not uncommon for brands taking part in Black Friday promotions to extend their deals well past Cyber Monday, as we saw in 2022 with many.

This gives shoppers a chance to scoop up a bargain ahead of Christmas gift shopping.

There's also a strong chance that Farfetch will do the same.

So, you can hold on until the latter part of the long weekend's sale and see what's on offer then.

Or if you see a deal right now that you just love, then go for it - you can't guarantee it'll still be there in a week or so.

When does FarFetch's Black Friday sale start?

It's already started!

Farfetch will likely bring out its full range of Black Friday deals on November 24.

That's Black Friday - the official start of the sales in 2023.

But, like many retailers, Farfetch gets in there early.

That's great news for shoppers who just can't wait until Black Friday itself to get cracking.

Right now, there's 20% off top designer products on Farfetch - that's savings of hundreds of pounds when it comes to the most luxurious items, so well worth it.

However, we may well see even better prices in the official sale.

When does Farfetch's Black Friday sale end?

We can't say for certain quite yet.

In theory, the Black Friday long weekend comes to an exciting close with Cyber Monday.

That's on November 27 in 2023.

Cyber Monday was traditionally the online-only bit of Black Friday - now, it's more like a continuation.

But you do see a flurry of new offers on Cyber Monday, so it's a great time bag a final deal.

However, some retailers and brands now extend their sales period past Cyber Monday and even offer some deals in December.

So, if you haven't found the Farfetch buy of your dreams quite yet, it's well worth looking again after Cyber Monday.

On the other hand, there might not be any deals left by then - so choose with care!

What was in Farfetch's Black Friday sale last year?
