Floyd Mayweather has incredible 50-0 record broken by Thai boxer Wanheng Menayothin dubbed the ‘Dwarf Giant’
Menayothin outpointed Pedro Taduran to retain his WBC mini-flyweight title in his homeland and move his record to 51-0
WANHENG MENAYOTHIN has surpassed Floyd Mayweather's flawless boxing record with a win that takes him to 51-0.
Thai boxing star Menayothin, born as Chayaphon Moonsri, outpointed Pedro Taduran to retain his WBC mini-flyweight title.
Mayweather, who last fought at welterweight when he defended a title against Andre Berto, took his unbeaten record to 50-0 with his farcical scrap against Conor McGregor.
The win over fellow American Berto in September 2015 moved Mayweather to 49-0 and equalled Rocky Marciano's record which had stood for an incredible 60 years.
But after Mayweather went out on his own with his win over MMA star McGregor in August of last year, 'Dwarf Giant' Menayothin drew level with a victory over Panama's Leroy Estrada at the beginning of May this year.
Menayothin, 32, now holds the record all on his own after his unanimous points triumph over Filipino fighter Taduran earlier today.

All of the 5ft2in fighter's scraps have taken place in his homeland, with 18 of the 51 wins coming by KO.
Taduran had a 12-1 record going into the bout.
But the judges scored it 118-108, 105-101, 117-110 in Menayothin's favour.
Asked if the record was on his mind going into the fight, Menayothin said: "I don’t think much about that at all.
"I rather focus on the tough fighter who will come in throwing punches at me."
