Chelsea assistant Jody Morris trolls Frank Lampard with hilarious mash-up of the Blues boss with Tammy Abraham’s hair
JODY MORRIS trolled his own boss Frank Lampard with a hilarious mash-up of the Chelsea manager and Tammy Abraham's hairstyles.
The Blues assistant, 40, took to his Instagram story to poke fun at his close friend and former team-mate in front of his 190,000 followers.
In the mocked-up image, striker Abraham's gorgeous curls are replaced by Lamps' luscious locks and vice-versa, with Frank spotting a very different look to the one we have been used to over the years.
Morris completed the post with a couple of laughing emojis and tagged Abraham and Lampard for good measure.
The former midfielder started out at Chelsea, coming through the academy alongisde John Terry and went on to make 124 league appearances for the Blues.
Struggling for minutes under Claudio Ranieri, he left for Leeds in 2003 and had spells with Rotherham, Millwall, St Johnstone and Bristol City before hanging up his boots in 2013.
A year later he rejoined Chelsea as part of the academy set up and became head coach of the Under-18s for the 2016/17.
Morris accompanied Lampard at Derby last season and followed him back to Stamford Bridge as his right-hand man this summer.
The pair have enjoyed a decent start to life as a duo coaching in the Premier League with the Blues fourth in the league and top of their Champions League group - thanks to Tuesday's dramatic comeback against Ajax.
