Prince William’s touching message cheering on England squad in Euros final as Three Lions battle to end 58 years of hurt
William has been following the Three Lions on their road to the Euro finals
PRINCE William yesterday roared on England to Euros glory as he urged the Three Lions: “Show the world what you’re made of.”
The President of the FA sent his rousing message to Gareth Southgate’s squad for their final with Spain in Berlin — with millions at home set to throw the biggest party of the year.

He told the squad in a social media post: “We are so proud of you all, England, just one last push to finish the job! Go out there and show the world what you’re made of. We believe. W.”
William will be at the match in the Olympic Stadium to make it a hat-trick of England matches he has attended.
He punched the air in delight when skipper Harry Kane scored in the group stage 1-1 draw with Denmark.
And he attended the quarter-final victory over Switzerland, cheering the team after the win on penalties.

He also congratulated them after their semi-final win over the Netherlands, praising Aston Villa star Ollie Watkins’ late winner.
Villa fan William wrote: “What a beauty, Ollie!”
It had not been announced if he will take son Prince George to the final.
Meanwhile, new Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer sent a letter to Southgate and his men.

He wrote: “On behalf of the whole nation, I wanted to wish you all the very best ahead of tonight’s game.
“You should be proud of all you have achieved so far, even though I know you, like the rest of the country, will be hungry for more. We are all behind you on this journey.”

The PM, who will also be at the match, refused to commit to an extra Bank Holiday if the Three Lions win because he does not want to “jinx anything”.

It could easily top the 29.85 million who watched the last Euros final in 2021 when England lost to Italy on penalties.
England's route to the Euro 2024 final
ENGLAND began their Euros final campaign in Germany on June 16.
The team topped Group C despite only winning one match.
But that's all behind them now as they prepare to take on Spain in the final on July 14.
Here's their route to the final:
June 16 - vs Serbia: England win 1-0 with a goal from Jude Bellingham in the 13th minute.
June 20 - vs Denmark: Ended 1-1 after Harry Kane's 18th minute strike was cancelled out by Morten Hjulmand.
June 25 - vs Slovenia: The match ended goalless but England topped the group with five points.
June 30 - vs Slovakia: In the last 16 clash Jude Bellingham saved England from being knocked out with a 91st minute equaliser. In extra time Harry Kane secured the win for the Three Lions.
July 6 - vs Switzerland: The quarter-final ended 1-1 after extra time with Bukayo Saka's reply to Breel Embolo's strike. England won 5-3 on penalties.
July 10 - vs Netherlands: Another last gasp goal - this time by Ollie Watkins - saw England head into the final against Spain. Harry Kane scored from the spot to cancel out Xavi Simons' 9th minute goal.
July 14 - vs Spain: England are in their first final on foreign soil and will be hoping to see off the challenge of Spain who won the Euros in 1964, 2008 and 2012.
And it could even beat the UK’s biggest ever viewing figure — the 32.3 million who watched England win the World Cup in 1966.
Fans will also pack pubs and fan zones across the country as 22 million pints are downed — with pubs open two hours later than normal.
British Beer and Pub Association chief executive Emma McClarkin expects ten million extra pints to be poured in pubs today — with “£48million in additional trade for pubs and breweries”.
