The low-cost hotel company boasts over 50 locations in coastal areas.

These include Weston-super-Mare, Brighton, Margate, Torquay, and Bournemouth, to name a few.

With prices starting at £35 per night for standard double rooms, you could get away from just £17.50 per person per night for a weekend getaway.

The standard Travelodge rooms include a TV, a desk with a chair, a king-size bed, and toiletries.

Meanwhile, family rooms are slightly more expensive, starting from £40 per night.

The family rooms can sleep up to two adults and two children and come with all standard room amenities.

But you'll also get one or two additional pull-out beds for kids.

Plus, every morning, the hotels serve unlimited hot breakfasts, starting from only £8.99, and for each paying adult, two children under the age of 15 eat for free.

Cooked options include a full English breakfast featuring eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans and toast, or even vegetarian options.

Lighter options include yoghurts, croissants, cereals and fruit salads.

If you'd rather go on a proper beach holiday, Travelodge also has new hotels in Spain – and you can book rooms there from just £35 per night.

If you fancy a chicer stay, the hotel company has also launched the new Travelodge PLUS, its 'budget-chic' properties.

There, you'll find 'SuperRooms', with black-out curtains, a Lavazza coffee maker, a jet shower, and a choice between firm or soft hypoallergenic pillows.

You'll also get a big desk with an armchair, a full-length mirror, an iron, and an ironing board.

The luxury hotels also have a fully licensed bar, so you'll also be able to get drinks throughout the day - on top of the unlimited breakfast, evening meals and bar menu.
