ANT and Dec are finally set to have revenge bestowed upon them in the final ever episode of Saturday Night Takeaway.
The Geordie duo have had the roles reversed and they will be subjected to their very own humiliating prank.
Last week, the boys took part in solo editions of their infamous skit I'm A Celebrity, Get Out Of Me Ear, a play on the jungle based reality show they host which usually sees them giving instructions to a celeb whereby they have to do everything they say.
They are taking it up a gear in the final ever episode by taking part in a revenge prank together which merges the format with their other successful Undercover skit.
A slew of famous faces who have previously been part of an Ant & Dec wind-up have signed up to put themselves in the hot seat and embarrass them once and for all in front of the nation.
TV presenters Holly Willoughby and Rylan waste no time in getting the boys to do some pretty crazy things around unsuspecting members of the public.
In a first look at the prank on the ITV show, Ant & Dec can be seen dining in a public restaurant but Holly soon instructs Dec that he must ask their waiter where the nearest toilet is.
Grinning from ear-to-ear, Holly says to the star: "Can you see that waiter, just go and say to him 'where can I find the toilets?'"
As Dec repeats the instruction, Holly then tells him to add: "Because I need a poo-poo."
The waiter giggles nervously as Dec makes the remark before Holly insists he make straining noises before dashing off in a panic to the loo while declaring he needs to "poo-poo".
With Dec out of sight, Rylan turns his attention to Ant.
The BBC Radio 2 star says to him: "Anthony, stand up.
"At the top of your voice - 'I miss my best friend!'"
Ant then shouts the sentence out loud as the customers look on bewildered by his actions.
The full prank is expected to play out this weekend with other stars including Olly Murs, Cheryl and Oti Mabuse muscling in on the action.
The TV duo will be providing fans with a two-hour show extravaganza.
ITV have managed to secure pop music icons Girls Aloud for a rare TV appearance as they return to the show more than 15 years since their last appearance on the show to be the Star Guest Announcers.
Speaking on the show, Dec said: "Next week is your last episode of your Saturday Night Takeaway.
ANT McPartlin and Declan Donnelly met on the set of Byker Grove in 1990.
The two went on to have chart success under their characters' names - including their 1994 No1 smash hit Let's Get Ready To Rhumble.
They haven't looked back since then, going on to present some of the most popular shows on TV.
