Love Island viewers slam ‘violent’ star in controversial Snog Marry Pie moment

SOME Love Island fans were taken aback with the force Nicole used to pie Joey Essex in a group game tonight.

The TOWIE star received three big pies to the face from girls in the villa who have been unhappy with his behaviour.

And one of them was delivered with more vim than the others.

Nicole was left angry with Joey when he started drama in her relationship by kissing her during the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge.

She recently got into an official relationship with Ciaran, and no doubt knew her boyfriend would not be impressed with the 'infidelity'.

Viewers noted how hard she slapped Joey with the creamy concoction, taking to social media to share their surprise.

One person wrote: "Nicole that was violent omg?"

Another added: "Nah imagine if it was a guy that hit a girl like how Nicole did to joey..."

However, some Love Island fans have been getting angry with Joey's behaviour on the show and were delighted with Nicole's actions.

Someone grinned: "Nicole slapped that pie on Joey & he deserved it."

A second begged: "Get him again for me Nicole!"

Joey originally came under fire when he told his ex Grace to shut her mouth while defending his actions during the controversial Movie Night.

Love Island fans have also recently threatened to call Ofcom and make a complaint about him gaslighting the girl he used to date.

He was blasted for bullying after he insisted Grace still has feelings for him even though she said she had moved on.
