TESS Ward has been steadily building a reputation in the world of food but shot to fame this year after she was photographed in Harry Styles car.
So, what exactly do we know about the queen of the "clean living" diet split up with Harry to get back with her ex? Here's the lowdown...
Who is Tess Ward, how old is she and what's her background?
Tess Matilda Ward was born in London in March 1990, making her 27.
She is the only daughter of Kit (Christopher) and Kate, a yoga teacher, but has a younger brother named Dashiell (Dash) Ward, who's 22 and at Uni.
Tess grew up with her family near Oxford, but studied History of Art at the University of Leeds.
It's here that she developed a taste for cooking, citing a "big kitchen, lots of hungry friends and a strict budget" as the catalysts.
At the age of 18 she spent a month travelling in India, but picked up a parasite which caused her to rethink her diet and approach to eating.
She was eventually cured by a clinical nutritionist.
After graduating, Tess enrolled at Le Cordon Blue where she received professional chef training. She also spent spells training at River Cottage and The Ritz.
What is Tess Ward best known for?
Tess has been dubbed “cooking’s new golden girl” by fans.
She's best-known for her cookbook The Naked Diet (available from Amazon), which she describes as "celebrating unprocessed ‘naked’ ingredients".
She claims that the diet "takes a stripped back approach to the food that you eat, that will give you more energy, help you lose weight and cleanse your body".
The book has received a number of poor reviews on Amazon after Tess began dating Harry Styles.
Tess runs a popular blog The YES Chef, and has written for Fabulous magazine, Grazia Online and others.
The in-demand 27-year-old has worked as a consultant with brands such as Fortnum and Mason, Itsu, Grey Goose and Kallo.
The yoga and kickboxing fan has also done some modelling alongside the likes of former Made in Chelsea stars Millie Mackintosh and Rosie Fortescue, and is currently on the books of the MODELS 1 agency.
How did Tess Ward meet Harry Styles?
According to a world exclusive story from Bizarre, Tess was introduced to One Direction star Harry Styles by mutual friends.
At the time a source said: “As soon as Harry met Tess there was an instant spark between them.
“They really bonded over their mutual love of quirky fashion and food – and things turned romantic quickly.
“They’ve been on a number of dates while Harry has been in London and he’s already introduced Tess to some of his close friends including his personal stylist Lou Teasdale."
Tess began following Harry on Twitter in mid-February.
Harry was pictured driving Tess around north London in his Audi.
How did fans react to Tess and Harry dating?
A few days after it was revealed that Tess and Harry were an item, Tess saw a rise in bad reviews of her book, The Naked Diet.
While her book had previously enjoyed mainly four and five star reviews, the past week has seen a series of scathing one star reviews appear on online retail website Amazon.
The food blogger later posted a photograph online with a caption asking people to be nice to her.
Sharing a picture of some healthy-looking brunch on Instagram, Tess wrote: "Brunch for dinner is never a bad idea on the weekend! 😋
"Also for everyone following and messaging me, I am thankful but please be kind to me. All I want is to share beautiful food with you all."
She's also now opened up on how the fallout of the romance has affected her, saying the attention has been "horrible" and the messages from 1D fans "very bizarre."
Defending herself against accusations she's using Harry, she added: “I’m not the kind of person who’s interested in fame.
“And if you’re put in an environment which you don’t understand and you can’t control and you don’t want, it’s horrible.”
Why did Tess and Harry break up?
According to Bizarre's world exclusive Tess broke up with Harry because she still had feeling for her ex.
A source said: “Harry and Tess haven’t seen each other for a number of weeks. They’re both constantly travelling the world.
“Tess realised she still had feelings for her ex after splitting from him to date Harry and has apologised to him for her romance with the singer.
“It will take a while for Tess to build back his trust but they have been getting on as normal.
“She was in London this week and met her ex straight away — they’ve been inseparable since.”
