Blake Lively shows off her incredible four stone weight loss since giving birth as she trains in sports bra and leggings

BLAKE Lively has shed a staggering four stone since giving birth to daughter Ines 14 months ago.
The actress, 30, revealed her impressive toned stomach on Instagram as she worked out with her personal trainer Don Saladino.
Looking stunning in a black sports bra and skin tight leggings, Blake rested her arm on Don's shoulder and gazed at him with admiration.
She captioned the shot: "Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models. Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud 💪😁💪."
Don also spoke of his pride in Blake, after her dedication to his gruelling workouts transformed her body.
In another snap Blake flexed her arms and smiled at the camera.
Don wrote: "Couldn’t be more proud @blakelively! 61 pounds in 14 months after baby number 2!"
In September 2016 Blake gave birth to second daughter Ines with actor husband Ryan Reynolds, but the couple didn't reveal her name for two months.
Ryan paid tribute to Blake during his Hollywood Walk Of Fame ceremony that year.
In his speech, proud dad Ryan gushed about his family and said: "I want to thank my wife, Blake, who is sitting right there, who is everything to me. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Blake and Ryan met and fell in love while on the set of The Green Lantern back in 2011, and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in 2012.
Their first daughter James was born in December 2014.
