Week 1 - Bianca

After competing in the "Claim to Fame" talent contest, Bianca and Miguel ended up in the bottom two, leaving their housemates to decide who would be up for elimination.

Miguel got to work campaigning and offering favors to housemates who promised to keep him safe for this week. However, it looked like everyone still wanted to put him on the chopping block.

In the end, a majority of contestants voted to have Bianca participate in the season's first Guess Off, where she was challenged with guessing the identity of one of her housemates. She chose Shane and guessed that he was related to Forest Whitaker. Sadly for Bianca, that was incorrect and she had to unveil the identity of her own relative: journalist Robin Roberts.

"You’ve always been something special but now, the fact that you’re venturing outside of your comfort zone staking your claim to fame, who would’ve thought it?" Roberts said in a video she filmed for her niece. "Your family thought it because you have been the star of our family all along."

Week 2 — Jill

Who is Jill related to? John Stamos is Jill's uncle.

With a double elimination on the horizon, the stakes were even higher during week two. The remaining 10 housemates were divided into two teams for a competition and the losing team's leader (Gracie Lou) was sent to the Guess Off.

Gracie Lou was tasked with choosing one other housemate from the losing team to also compete in a Guess Off.

Gracie Lou selected Jill and opted to have her go first in the Guess Off. Jill chose to guess Miguel's celebrity relative and guessed Antonio Banderas since Miguel had previously led some of his housemates to believe that he's related to the actor.

Unfortunately, Jill was wrong and her celebrity relative, John Stamos, was revealed.

In his video, the "Full House Star" explained that he's Jill's uncle.

"Congratulations Jilly, I'm so proud of you. I really am. I love you so much," he said. "You know, when Jilly was born she came out with these big, beautiful blue eyes and my mom called her angel eyes. And that's what she is. She's an angel with beautiful eyes."

Stamos continued, saying, "My mother, Jillian's grandmother, would say, you'd say 'I love you' to her (and) she'd always say, "I love you more.' I love you more, Jilly."

While talking about her uncle, Jill called him "the best and my biggest support" and said she's "so lucky to have him."

Week 2 — Gracie Lou

Who is Gracie Lou related to? Jon Cryer is Gracie Lou's uncle.

When it was time for Gracie Lou to participate in the Guess Off, she selected Adam and guessed that he was related to Dustin Hoffman based on false information from Naomi, who is actually aligned with Adam.

Cryer filmed a video message for his niece and said, "I’m so proud of you, Gracie. You played your heart out. It brings me back to those days when I used to see you in show choir in Santa Clarita, California, where you actually grew up."

Gracie Lou, who then revealed that she doesn't have a Lou in her name, had told her castmates she was from Tennessee but then admitted that was a lie.

Talking about her uncle, she offered the following thoughts: "He is so fun and I am so happy to be here to represent him."

At the end of the episode, Cryer rolled up to the "Claim to Fame" household in a limousine and teased his niece for getting eliminated so early on in the competition.

"Second episode, really?" he said.

"I tried," she replied.

"Oh, did you lie and cheat?" he asked.

"I lied. I cheated, kind of," she said.

“No, you’re not capable of lying. That’s the problem,” he said.

Cryer went on to give his niece some good advice.

"What was the last text I sent you before you started? he asked.

"Trust no one," she replied.

"There you go. That's my motto. Welcome to show biz, kid," he teased.

Week 3 — Miguel

Who is Miguel related to? Jamie Lee Curtis is Miguel's aunt.

MIGUEL

Contestants were divided into two teams and competed in a fan favorite game of “Claim to Fame” telephone this week. Team captains Shane and Danny led their teams through the complicated competition and Danny's team took home the win.

Shane was automatically sent to the Guessoff and was asked to select one of his teammates to join him. He chose Miguel, calling him a "wild card" in a confessional interview.

Since Miguel had been playing the game so hard, Mackenzie was nervous that he might come after her if he was selected to be the final guesser, so she tried to help him brainstorm and steered him in Adam's direction.

Ultimately, the house voted for Miguel to guess the identity of one of his castmates and he chose Dedrick, who he'd been closely aligned to up until this point. Convinced that Dedrick is related to Little Richard, Miguel considered him his best bet for staying in the game.

Alas, Miguel was wrong and was forced to reveal the identity of his celebrity relative. In a brief message, acclaimed actor Jamie Lee Curtis announced that she is Miguel's aunt.

"This is my lovely nephew, Raphael Curtis," she said and the house was absolutely shocked.

"First of all, my name is not Miguel. That's my second name. My first name's Raphael," Raphael said.

"That's my beloved auntie. She has been the saving grace for these past two years ever since my mom ended up in the hospital. She's (been) taking care of me and her financially, especially when it came down to some very, very, very difficult times," he said. "She's such an incredible, incredible aunt and I could not wish for anyone better in my life."

In a confessional interview, Raphael admitted that his aunt may think he could've "played it a little smarter" but said he "left swinging" and "didn't go down without a fight."

Week 4 — Naomi

Who is Naomi related to? Molly Ringwald is Naomi's cousin.

NAOMI

A popular competition made a comeback this week as each contestant found themselves hooked up to a lie detector test and at the mercy of their fellow housemates, who were allowed to ask them a series of yes or no questions.

As they watched on from another room, contestants examined the behavior and heart rates of each person in the hot seat and guessed whether or not their answers were truths or lies. Shane guessed correctly the most amount of times, won himself a clue and opted to pull Mackenzie's clue.

Adam and Hud ended up in the bottom two and the house decided to send Adam to the Guessoff. Up to this point, Adam hasn't exactly been crushing the clue game, so he didn't really have any idea who to target if he was selected.

Naomi, Hud and Adam have been closely aligned, but Naomi had decided to disassociate herself from Adam since he wasn't contributing to their team. This decision led Hud to distrust her and he decided to throw Adam a bone and give him Naomi's clue, which he'd heard through the grapevine.

At the Guessoff, Adam chose to guess Naomi's identity and struggled to remember the name at first. Then he looked at his wrist, where he'd written it just in case he froze at the ceremony. He guessed Molly Ringwald and was correct.

The actor appeared in a video clip and announced that she's Naomi's cousin.

"Sorry, Naomi. I hope you had a great time. And come home, your family misses you," she said.

Naomi went on to explain that she moved in with Ringwald's parents when she was a teenager.

"They helped raise me and I got extremely close with her because of that. I was able to have experiences and go places and do things I never would've been able to do otherwise. And I have so much love and respect for her," she said.

In a confessional interview, Naomi expressed her dismay over the way things ended.

"I'm not disappointed that I got eliminated. I'm very disappointed in how I got eliminated. I had Hud's back and then I ended up getting screwed over," she said.

Week 5 — Dedrick

Who is Dedrick related to? Michael Jackson was Dedrick's uncle.

DEDRICK

The final six contestants tested their taste, touch and smell senses during this week's competition. Adam and Hud won the game, securing them a clue, and Shane and Dedrick ended up in the bottom two.

Mackenzie was nervous that Shane might try to guess her identity since he has her clue, so she was determined to send Dedrick to the Guessoff instead. Lucky for her, the house was prepared to vote the same way.

Once Adam and Hud pulled Danny's clue, several contestants were pretty confident that he's related to Marc Anthony. After all, his clue hinted that his relative is a singer who fell for Jennifer Lopez. A previous clue also mentioned alimony, and the former couple had a very famous divorce.

When it came time for Dedrick to guess someone's identity, he went rogue and opted to try his hand at guessing Adam's celebrity relative since he wasn't sure if he could trust that Danny's clue really was about Marc Anthony. He pieced together several clues, including a series of cars and a lightning bolt, and guessed that Adam is related to Owen Wilson, who played Lightning McQueen in "Cars."

Unfortunately, Dedrick was wrong and his celebrity relative - Michael Jackson- was unveiled. At this point, Dedrick revealed that his real name is Sigmund Esco Jackson and said he's named after his father, aka Michael Jackson's brother.

Calling his family "superstars," Sigmund said most of his relative have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“So for me to actually be sitting up here and with five of y’all left. Yo, that’s the magic number,” he said, referring to his family’s band, The Jackson 5. “This was beautiful.”

Throughout the season, Sigmund's housemates have been pretty sure that he was related to the King of Pop, but they'd kept him around as a "sure thing" to be able to guess his identity with ease if they ended up in the Guessoff. Early on in the season, Sigmund even called himself "Mr. Jackson" by accident.

Several clues — bubbles, a giraffe, moonwalking, a scarecrow and more — also suggested that he was related to the late singer. However, a few housemates thought Sigmund might've been related to Randy Jackson. Miguel was also eliminated after guessing that he was related to Little Richard.

"From the beginning, they've been shooting my name everywhere so it was really difficult to hide who I am. But at the same time, I can't say I would've changed my plan," Sigmund said in a confessional interview, adding that he has "no regrets."

Week 6 — Danny

Who is Danny related to? Marc Anthony is Danny's uncle.

DANNY

This week's competition gave contestants the opportunity to win several clues about their housemates. Danny and Shane ended up in the bottom two and Hud won, securing himself another clue.

Hud pulled Adam's clue, which mentioned a long-haired '90s star who sang, so he suspected it might be Axl Rose.

Danny was voted into the Guessoff and decided to guess Mackenzie’s celebrity relative. Earlier in the day, Mackenzie had asked Shane who he thought she was related to and he said Blake Shelton based off her clue (a tall country star). She let him believe that was true to throw him off the scent.

At the Guessoff, Danny guessed Shelton and was wrong. As a result, his own celebrity relative — singer Marc Anthony — was revealed.

Danny explained that his real name is Nael Daniel Zayas and called his uncle the “greatest salsa singer of all time.”

“I just love him so much, man,” he said.

The house was already onto Nael's true identity last week when Adam and Hud pulled his clue, which mentioned a singer who was romantically involved with Jennifer Lopez. Anthony and Lopez were previously married and got divorced. Another clue mentioned alimony, further adding fuel to the fire.

This week's competition produced another clue that was presumably about Nael: It mentioned a Latin superstar who starred in an action thriller with Dakota Fanning and Denzel Washington. Anthony starred in the 2004 film "Man on Fire" with the two actors.

Even though he was eliminated from the competition, Nael was positive about his experience on the show.

"I came in not expecting to even get this far, you know what I'm saying?" he said in a confessional interview. "I thought I wasn't going to make it past the talent show honestly."

Week 7 — Shane

Who is Shane related to? Marlon Brando was Shane's grandfather.

With the game winding down, the rules changed a bit: Immunity was no longer on the table.

Mackenzie won the competition and walked away with the final clue: Shane's. Confused, she consulted with Hud for his advice.

The clue mentioned a Hollywood icon and an Italian kingpin. Suddenly, Hud realized that Shane must be related to Marlon Brando from "The Godfather." Previous clues had mentioned that Shane's relative was in a movie with Martin Sheen ("Apocalypse Now") and the original “Superman” film.

On the clue board, there was also a streetcar and Brando starred in "A Streetcar Named Desire." Additionally, another clue revealed Shane's relative's nickname: Mr. Mumbles.

Worried that Mackenzie may try to guess his identity, Shane shared her clue with Adam. The Guessoff was a tie between Adam and Mackenzie. As the competition winner, Mackenzie got to decide who the Guesser was and she selected herself. She guessed correctly and Shane's identity was revealed.

“I grew up my whole life living with him (and) spent so much time with him. I was very fortunate," he said while talking about his grandfather.

Shane couldn't resist referencing a famous line from "The Godfather" at the end of the Guessoff ceremony.

"Look, I made everybody an offer they couldn't refuse until they did," he said.

Finale Week — Mackenzie

Who is Mackenzie related to? Trace Adkins is Mackenzie's father.

MACKENZIE

On finale week, the stakes were higher than ever. Previously eliminated contestants returned to take part in a competition with the three finalists: Mackenzie, Adam and Hud.

At the end of the competition, two clues were revealed: one for Mackenzie and another for Hud. In her clue, Mackenzie was wearing a black cowboy hat and was on a billboard that said her relative was a Grand Ole Opry member and a winner of "Celebrity Apprentice."

Ever since Mackenzie's clue hinted that she was related to a tall country star, her housemates had wondered who she was. Another clue previously mentioned her relative sang a "honky tonk" song. After determining that it wasn't Blake Shelton, the options were limited, but Adam seemed to be onto her identity.

As the winner of the competition, Adam guessed correctly that Mackenzie was related to Trace Adkins. She then revealed that the singer is her father.

"Congratulations on getting as far as you did. I'm proud that you are my daughter," Adkins said in a video message.

Mackenzie then called her father "the most amazing man I have ever known."

Finale Week — Hud

Who is Hud related to? John Mellencamp is Hud's father.

HUD
HudErica Hernandez / Disney

Hud managed to keep his celebrity relative's identity under wraps for most of the game. In the season premiere, he said his mom was a singer who had won a Grammy. In the finale, Mackenzie grew to suspect that he was really related to a male celebrity.

At the final competition, Hud's billboard unveiled a few clues: Scarecrow (the name of one of his relative's albums) and Diane and Jack (a reference to "Jack & Diane," one of his relative's songs). Previous clues included a melon and the word cougar.

Mackenzie thought the cougar clue must mean Hud's relative dated a significantly younger person, but it turned out to be a lot more literal than that.

At the Guessoff, Adam guessed that Hud was related to singer John Mellencamp, whose fans have lovingly referred to him as John "Cougar" Mellencamp.

In a video message, the musician said, “Hey Hud, time to come home. All the Mellencamps miss you.”

Winner Adam

Who is Adam related to? Michael Bolton is Adam's uncle.

ADAM
AdamErica Hernandez / Disney

Since he guessed both Mackenzie and Hud's identity correctly at the final Guessoff, Adam won the game.

Previous clues for Adam's relative included the nickname "Mr. Time, Love and Tenderness," which was a nod to one of the musician's songs. Another clue described his family member as a long-haired '90s star known for singing ballads. One other clue noted that the relative appeared on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" and sang a duet with the talk show host.

Adam revealed that his celebrity relative was his uncle Michael Bolton and then received a message from the singer.

"We knew you could do it! I'm sure you played the game like you live your life — with integrity, determination and humility," he wrote in a message. "We are all so proud and can't wait to see where your next great adventure takes you."

Adam described his uncle as the "hardest working man" and said he's learned an important life lesson from him.

"He's taught me that if you chase your dreams and you work hard you can do it and you can build a great life," he said.
