The ship "Glory" was fantastic. Our rooms were spacious and always kept clean. The dining room, lounges and public areas were also always in tip top shape. The food was fabulous. The staff were always smiling, helpful and made you feel welcome. We enjoyed the entertainment, excursions and the Maine Harbor did not disappoint. The entire week was so enjoyable we booked another cruise for next year.

Friendly and polite crew and staff members. Interesting history of the area we toured shared by local and informed tour guides. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms. Of the various locations where people could gather, I never felt crowded. The food was outstanding! There was always food and drink available.

The enthusiasm of the entire crew, especially Eric, Andrew, Leslie, Tony, Emily, your executive chef, and your pastry chef made every day very pleasant. The leisurely pace of travel also contributed to our enjoyment. Lastly, the excursions were great! We had sailed with Viking, and by comparison, your food and enthusiasm blew them away!!

This was our first river cruise & it was amazing!! American Cruise Lines does an amazing job with everything! A few issues with some of the food at dinner, which is a challenging thing but other than that it was wonderful!
Exclusions were all great, except 1, but at least we got to see another part of our great country and relaxed doing it!!

American Cruise Lines did a fabulous job of being our tour guide as we visited the beautiful islands off the coast of Rhode Island. The cuisine was exquisite and their customer service, second to none!
With smiles on their faces always, the crew worked hard to make sure all 84 of us on board had everything we needed, above & beyond! We definitely look forward to the opportunity to sail away with American Cruise Lines again in the future.

The staff and excursions!
Liked that there was a laundry room and exercise rooms.
DIDN't Like:
The long wait time to get on buses especially at the end of the excursion - too much down time.
Appreciate that the Excursion Director is relatively new in her job, however she was slow to make simple decisions, didn't seem to have confidence and did not communicate well or clearly to us.
Many passengers disrespectful-Talking over the guides, making it hard for the rest of us to hear.
Our luggage was soaking went when we left and all of my husband's clothes were thoroughly soaked, and we were staying in NO for 3 more days, very unpleasant. Reported to Colin.

The scenery, crew and wonderful excursions on the Cumberland and Tennessee Rivers made this a great trip! Looking forward to my next cruise on the Columbia River! ACL - keep up the wonderful job!!

We had a wonderful time on the Snake and Columbia River cruise. The pre cruise experience was over the top.
Your staff made all the difference! Plus the food throughout the entire trip was excellent.
We tell all our friends what a great cruise and Cruise line American Cruise Lines is and that they should sign up!

My wife and I enjoyed the meals and the wait staff were were super. The woman who lectured was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to hear.
The nightly entertainment was varied and fun.
Major downside- my wife and I came home with Covid. This was our second cruise with American and the second time we contracted Covid.

What made this cruise so enjoyable for me and my wife were the people, both the crew and our fellow passengers. You get the impression that the main job of the entire crew is to please you. They are all pleasant, easily interact and get to know your likes, dislikes and most important, your name.
I should also mention that my wife is disabled, and the crew was a great help in assisting her transfers during the voyage.
The passengers on this cruise were either retired or looked like they might be. Possibly because of the small roster, (180) and multiple gathering opportunities you quickly make friends to share the day's events.
The ship itself was in excellent shape, the cabins roomy and the dining room set up to accommodate multiple party sizes from 2 to 8.

We had to cancel of our trip a few days after booking our trip called the American Revolution. I had bought the Cancel for any Reason Protection Plan for my spouse and I. We put down $3,420 for down payment we only received $1,300 back. American Cruise Lines still owes us $2,120. We are very unhappy due to that we did not get our total amount back!! We have taken a River Cruise with this company before and we have recommended to many. I advise anyone not to get the Cancel for Any Reason Plan. You will not get your money back if you cancel. Very unhappy!!!

The crew were friendly & helpful. The ship was clean & beautiful. The food was good, especially the desserts. I liked the guest speakers. Most of the entertainment was enjoyable in particular, the band from Memphis & the dating game. I enjoyed the excursions but was disappointed in the Myrtle house. It was a very short tour.

I absolutely love American Cruise Lines. Their ships are so clean and well-furnished. The rooms are quite large—especially the bathrooms—for a cruise ship. Their personnel are helpful and friendly to a fault. They really take good care of passengers. And the food is wonderful!! I think they set a high bar for small ship cruising.

I don't know how American Cruise Lines can hire so many great employees. EVERY ONE of them is outstanding. The ship is sparkling clean, the cuisine is amazing and the ports of call are scenic and interesting. We love the afternoon Happy Hour (lobster tail as an hors d'oeuvre!) and the evening entertainment. We're gearing up for our next adventure with American Cruise Lines!

We liked the size of Size of ships and that all personnel were english speaking (americans). The staff were all couteous, knowledgeabe and willing to help you with anything. All of the areas and suite were extremely comfortable. The excursions were easy for us to manage. Entertainment and cocktail time allowed us to meet other folks. And there was ample time to rest and relax. We have booked 2 more excursions because of this.

This was our 3rd cruise with American Cruise Lines, and it was one of the best. From Captain Brian Hobcroft, Hotel General Manage Ted Miller (our 2nd sail with Ted on board), down to the dining room servers and the young lady who attended our cabin, we were amazed at the service level!

This was our 3rd trip to Alaska (first two with a larger cruise line), and was by far our best! We especially enjoyed watching the wild bears of AnAn catching salmon in a remote stream!

We have already booked a family Christmas cruise from Tampa to Key West, as we are most satisfied American Cruise Line guests!

The ship and my stateroom were lovely. I enjoyed our excursions. Joann’s lectures were very informative. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Nice intertainment.Thank you !
