This bank sides with fraudsters over…

This bank sides with fraudsters over consumers you fight a charge with a bunch of evidence they don't care they will give the fraudsters the money anyway. Do not bank with chase been with them since they were Washington mutual and still no respect. We will be moving all our accounts business and personal to a credit union. Rec9mend everyone do the same.

Mismanaged Company

Incredibly lousy customer service because:
• website has no interface to provide a telephone number to speak to a real person vs. a bot
• many flaws with website that ask "Do you really want to leave?"
• IHG Rewards that informs you that 10,000 points gets you a free night in a hotel is bogus for any decent hotel. One night cost me 75,000 points.
• live person with such heavy accent (Indian) that I could not understand half of what he said.
• Mastercard was rejected by Chase for no clear-cut reason after speaking to live person.

This has never happened with any credit card I have used in over 50 years. If further annoyance with Chase will cancel my card and never use company again.

Devastated isn’t the word !!

Deposited a check august 18th , I’m now getting a message stating my funds won’t be here until august 28th. I technically have to wait a whole month for my 2 week paycheck. This 10 day hold hinders me so much I can’t pay any bills my daughter has already started school and I was waiting on this check to get her new school clothes. I’m utterly devastated I’ve been using chase for about a year now and never overdrafted I also pay all my bills with this bank. I’m so upset and will be leaving this bank as soon as this check clears (if it ever does)

Run away from Chase cards! Fast!

Run, don’t walk, from CHASE!!! This is a disappointing narrative. After decades with this group, I was finally dumped by their dispute group for over $550 in fraud charged to my card. They want a “receipt” for something I never received. And the weird thing is, I have in writing from the merchant an admission of the fraud charges with a promise to reimburse. Of course, the reimbursement never came. If I could reach out to the world, it would be to say what a bunch of lying dogs the entire dispute resolution group is at Chase. They should be investigated for fraud and abuse and shut down. Thank God for American Express.

Lousy Service

Ridiculous... Supposedly a major bank, but last two days I have tried to log in to my online banking, and it says site not working, try later... So I go to contact page and call the customer service number, and it is closed... So I go to the online listing for customer service to file a complaint, and it tells me to log in to my account, which it won't let me do, to file a complaint. I wanted to verify that I had scheduled a payment on my chase credit card, but it is unaccessible.

LOUSY BANK …

I’ve been a member of Chase Bank for approximately six months
In the month of July, I had to make 93 calls to Chase to have them release my debit
I just finished a phone call to Chase and was transferred six times before I got to the right department
I sent paperwork to transfer all of my IRA to Centennial bank.
Now I am told that my account is under review, And I am unable to access my funds.
By far, Chase is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with.
It’s rare that you can speak to a person whose primary language is English, and customer service is very hard to understand since they are in the Philippines or in Indonesia.
DO NOT USE CHASE

Bad UI, worse customer service

Absolute worst UI, even worse customer service. I called to change a flight to the next day, was told it was done, waited a few hours, no change. Called back, spent 2 hours on the phone because the first agent hadn't actually made the change. Finally resolved the most simple request I can imagine.

No more customer service, the little guy doesn’t matter

Would give -5 stars if I could first of all most of the time, I cannot understand the person I’m talking to in customer service this is because it’s outsourced to another country. This is ridiculous. Why can’t we hire people that can speak English clearly.? Secondly, I’ve been banking with Ches for over 25 years even when they weren’t even called Ches they were called Washington mutual and I never had very many problems except I had one now, check that I had been depositing for three years almost every month was rejected for no reason whatsoever. It was very important and I needed it for like food. You know necessities things to live will it and they said they mail The check back to me within eight business days. Then someone else on customer service said I could go to a branch and they could print me a legal copy of the check, then I was told that it disputed been filed and it would be fixed and placed in my account the next day. I was given the runaround by Ches tell you different things at different times of the day there’s no consistency but they consistently don’t help you when you need it. They consistently are rude when you have a problem and they consistently don’t care about the little guy , there’s no such thing as customer Service anymore. Sad.

Absolutely the most incompetent people…

Absolutely the most incompetent people I have ever seen.
Just got off the phone with Chase. My husband and I have both a checking and a savings account here. Recently, my cousin passed away, and I was secondary trustee for her mother, which meant that responsibility is now mine. My aunt has a trust account at Chase that I am now responsible for. I had Power of Attorney document; trust document that listed my name, and they still waffled about transferring it to me. Finally, a week or more later, that came through. Then, I opened up a 2nd checking account in order to pay for my aunt's care. No problem there- they want my money. Bur when I tried to make the first payment to her caregiver, it was like Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! So, after 3 more phone calls, numerous verification questions, I was told, ok it's now fixed. Give it 10 minutes and then try again. I waited 20 minutes. Then tried again. No luck. Another Phone Call!!! This lady seemed to have a better handle on things, got it working and I sent out the first payment. Today I went online to make the next monthly payment, only to discover that the account has been locked due to suspected fraud. Locked!!! When I called, I am now going to have to go in to my local branch, and they will unlock it. I received No Notifications!!!!. I went back and checked my email and text messages in case I had somehow missed it. Nope. No notifications. So tomorrow I will go in to the bank and try again. Somehow I have the feeling it won't be easy.
Do not use this bank, they are horrible.

Worst credit card company I have ever…

Worst credit card company I have ever used! Their customer service representative will tell you something that is totally incorrect! For instance I called and I was told I get 5% cash back on travel purchases. After spending $3000 on a flight ticket, I noticed in the app that I got only 1%, I called, was put on hold for 45 min, talked to 4 différents people. No one had any clue as why I was getting the 5% cash back. I was transferred to someone that talked like they just woke up. They finally told me, I get the 5% cash back only when I booked through them. I am like what? He said he was sorry. Sorry doesn’t fix a 5% cash back on $3000 purchase!!! Train your employees to know the products. I have another card that gives me 3% cash back I could have used it. I am done with Chase and their incompetence!!!

Chase bank is corrupt, Don’t bank here!

Chase bank is corrupt, unethical and immoral!!! Don’t take my word for it Bernie Sanders has called them out on their corrupt behavior and many others! They are currently holding onto my money and will not release funds until the government can take action which is 8 business days after deposit. (Really 11 days since deposit, due to weekends)

CHASE BANK IS A JOKE

CHASE BANK IS A JOKE! THIS IS THE ONLY BACK THAT DOES NOT ALLOW SOMEONE TO DEPOSIT CASH INTO YOUR ACCOUNT UNLESS IT’S BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER UNLESS THEY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CHASE THEMSELVES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER BANKING INSTITUTION BECAUSE THEY ARE WORTHLESS! NOW I SEE WHY CHASE BANKS RATINGS ARE SO TERRIBLE. WHAT IF IT WERE AN EMERGENCY?! YOU WILL TURN AWAY SOMEONE FROM PUTTING CASH INTO MY ACCOUNT JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO?! IT’S NOT LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO WITHDRAW ANY FUNDS AND YOU REQUESTED HIS IDENTIFICATION ON TOP OF THAT! WHAT DOES IT MATTER WHO DEPOSITS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT?! I WILL BE CANCELING THIS ACCOUNT REALLY SOON. I HOPE YOU LOSE A LOT MORE BUSINESS TOO SINCE YOU MAKE IT SO HARD IN YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR NO REASON AT ALL.

BE AWARE! THEY WILL SHUT DOWN YOU BUSINESS!

BE AWARE!

This bank will just close your merchant account for no real apparent reason and no communications other emails stating they will be closing your account! Wow!

They do not have google reviews for a reason!

We had 50 monthly subscribers at $199/month that all got canceled out of the blue basically shutting down our business! WOW! :<(

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS! THEY WILL JUST PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS! LIKE THEY DID US

Imagine working for years, obtaining monthly subscribers, gaining momentum and then out of the blue your bank closes your account on you.

We had the account with them for over 4 years and then POW they shut it down. Not a single phone call!

Do not risk it!

BE WARNED!

Expect a wait time-

Walked into our Chase bank in Tyler Tx to change our mailing/billing address because apparently you can’t do either on line or via the phone. Apparently the teller can’t do it either and we are now currently sitting in the lobby waiting to be called by a supervisor or manager or something. Been sitting here for 15 mins so far. Seems to be the routine here though. We will be switching banks soon.

Chase bank is great

I've had Chase online banking for about 6 years now. They have been so great! No overdraft fees if you bring your balance positive within a few days. Also, I tried US Bank and really disliked them; they have limits on Zelle, Venmo, and taking money out, which made it impossible to pay my rent and other bills. Chase has no limits! I even lost my job at one point and was about $500 overdrawn, I called them and explained and they gave me the time to get working again and bring my balance back up without charging me overdraft fees. I've had the best experience with them.

I've been a client for 10 years

I've been a client for 10 years. I had a business account.
4 years ago someone in the bank office decided that, maybe because I was an non resident alien, to shut down my bank account. I asked why the answer was "we don't know, someone decided it"...
I was speechless.
I've found a much better online bank.
