The UI is simple and makes purchasing crypto with debit card as smooth as possible. I'd love to see some sort of rewards or tiering system (premium discount?), but otherwise this is a useful tool in any crypto enthusiasts' tool belt.

MoonPay is the greatest Crypto site that I have ever experienced. I recently ran into a glitch when I had a fraud alert with my debit card and was trying to add my new replacement card & virtual card and verify the small amounts in my account but the totals viewed by myself and entered from my account would never agree with each other no matter what I did but caused me to lose a good bit of time getting my crypto, but eventually I went back to my original debit card and had no issues purchasing and sending my crypto. I have Used Moonpay quite extensively over the past year.
Once I got through all the KYC and reverifications - it was very easy!!
The Only Recommendation I would have would be to find a way to Lower The Fees! I believe MANY MANY MORE would use it if they were lower.

My some amount transactions are failed. Some times it’s hard to make purchase orders. Yesterday I can’t purchase anything from MetaMask because every time with the MoonPay transaction is failed.
But whatever it’s i hope MoonPay will help me and sorting out this transaction problem.

Moonpays verification process was really easy to get past. I didn't run into any walls that I wasn't able to get past one of the only apps this has happened. With I rated 5 stars. I recommend it high. And you're buying Salina Bitcoin cryptocurrency 2 dumbs up.

MoonPay is easy to navigate and I get quick times when purchasing or sending crypto. I only use Moonpay for anything crypto. I have tried others but most are not as easy to navigate the process.

i had great success useing moonpy to buy ETH. i was very pleased with that experience. i have purchased ETH several times since then. unfortunately , i could not figure out how to buy ETH with my debt card on your platform. you keep attempting.me i sme to use PayPal since i go to other platforms to purchase? i really enjoyed doing business with you and would do more if i could pay with my card

Your site is not secure 4 fraudulent transactions were placed my bank card. My card has been cancelled and my bank notified. I will never use you service in the future you company is not safe.

I sent bitcoin to a business wallet via my moonpay wallet but 24 hours later there is no record of this transaction on Moonpay. The BTC has left my wallet and the business has not received. Currently I’m not getting any response from customer service on Moonpay to resolve or confirm transaction status.

Well, up until just recently, I was pretty satisfied with you folks. Signing up went pretty smoothly, verification went better than most, and purchases were straightforward. I felt we had a good working relationship.
Then out of the blue, you want me to provide proof of income and essentially re-verify with you. What the hell is that all about?
I may continue to use you for small amount crypto purchases, but the big stuff I have coming up shortly? Nah, don't think so....
