Raisin is a great platform which groups savings products from different institutions all under one roof.
With ease you can move money in, out of from one account to another. I have found it to be easy to use and very reliable!

Zoe was absolutely delightful! He answered my many questions quickly and proficiently. I really enjoyed dealing with him. Icing on the cake he was kind, courteous and patient. I couldn't say enough about him!!! Plus he has the same exact bday as me!!!

I enjoy the high interest rate, making it one of the best HYSA regarding the return back. I do wish there were ways to allot money into different buckets (gifts, health emergencies, etc.). At first I thought it was a scam and that you guys took my money when it was my first time withdrawing because it has to go into a certain account prior to it being deposited into your bank account.

I requested a change of checking account numbers.
I received a request to download a link to verification of me. The links sent did not work on my chromebook or Android phone.
I completed and returned a notarized document to
Attn: Legal Dept. with mailing on August 11.
I haven't received word that the change has been made although I understand that it could be in process.

Raisin gives me the highest earning savings accounts that I have seen anywhere. I am retired. I have an annuity that pays once annually (in November). I deposit it here in a high-yield savings account and draw from that every month. This way, I continue earning a couple thousand dollars a year on my retirement income.

I was searching for a CD to invest in and this site pops up and gives me all the cd rates for multiple sites at a glance. Term, interest, what financial institute. I had never done anything like this before and it was so simple. I ended up purchasing 2 CDs. I had to call customer service and was surprised someone was there after hours to help me. They give reports, you can always access the online portal, etc. I could not ask for anything more easier.

RAISIN is the best thing since banks! One App/website, lots of banks and credit unions, competitive interest rates on saving accounts and CDs, one consolidated 1099, and it's super easy to use.
Customer service is outstanding.
If you have idle cash, check it out. You can see how easy with a one month CD. You won't be disappointed.

It took a week to make a withdrawal, and part of that time the money was sitting in "cash" in their new complicated withdrawal system. I wonder who got the interest for those days. I didn't. Interesting thing is that I had an account independently at the same bank the Raisin account was at, and it took that bank (not through Raisin which took a week) only one day to process the withdrawal. Plus I could not get any help from the Raisin "secure" messaging portal. Plus they advised me to email them my account number and routing number for my preferred external account through traditional email. Not such a hot idea! No more Raisin for me.

I have opened several CD's over the past few years. I have never had a problem. Quick service. Always a great choice,and I do not have to go sit somewhere and fill out paperwork . Never thought at my age I would prefer this to going in person.

I was looking for a quick and easy way to make some interest on money and still have it relatively liquid. This platform was my answer! And recently, when one product changed its interest rate, I was able to move the money easily to a holding area and then into a new product without the two week wait for it to go back to my bank account. You guys are doing a great service.

Had an issue with $5000 being withdrawn from my external bank account and placed into their new Cash Account. They insist that I made this transfer, that it happened at 10pm from my computer. I did not make this transfer. They said they would do an internal review, but I have not had any answer from them as of yet. I was able to transfer the money from that Cash Account back to my External account after about 4 days, but this situation really scares me and has left me extremely concerned about Raisin. I have 3 CD's that matured and I renewed them because I was too afraid to deposit them into that cash account. By the way, the cash account is non-interest bearing.
I am not editing, but adding to my review as follows:
They respond, but have yet to explain how and why the $5000 transfer happened. That is my concern and I will not be a happy customer until they can explain how the transfer of funds that I did not do, happened!

Never in my Banking endeavors i seen such opportunity to save big... I wish I had seen this long time ago... I always tell people to join RAISIN because of what's there to offer.. High % interest paying from associate institutions... . You should Advertise in Puerto Rico.. the banks there hardly pay anything in Interests. Surely, they'll jump into it ..
