Customer Service is non existent

Customer Service is non existent, I got a form letter reply that didn't address my issue at all, and it suggested if I needed to chat with someone to click on a link which sent me to the same place that I originally created my ticket. I replied to the ticket and never heard back. I then checked out all the other reviews, and having never seen a company have so many negative reviews, decided to withdraw my funds, and when I tried to close the account was amazed to discover this isn't possible. Horrible company.

This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been in business over 25 years and I will NEVER again use this app. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere if you want to invest with a company that is loyal to its users. Deleted!

I would give more stars if I could

I would give more stars if I could. Jennifer from LP022580 has been extremely helpful and professional, she has been quick with all the documentation, enquiries... The process couldn't have been easier for us. She has been one step ahead all the time, and we do appreciate it.

Robinhood support is the biggest joke…

Robinhood support is the biggest joke of their entire business the people that are part of their support team have no clue what is going on and then will ghost you after hanging up claiming the issue will be fixed and it doesn't. They owe me thousands of dollars because they didn't match my 3% as promised. Scammers.

Poor to impossible customer service

Poor to impossible customer service, no ability to resolve issues, lack of caring by a representative when you can get in touch with them, also they hold your cash money once you sell your stocks and try to close your account, this costs you money from loss of potential investments return, and they get free use of your cash interest free! They don't charge you fees to transfer money to your Robinhood account, but charge you 1.75% to send it back to your bank.

Being fair they have perks, the app is user friendly, easy to learn, if it weren't for being locked out of my account from my laptop and being unable to resolve the issue, and forced to just use my phone, I might have kept the account, but then the other things I mentioned I would say USE Charles Schwab!

unauthorized transaction

I woke up this morning, to a pending transaction that I did not do. I have chatted through the chat and on the phone with customer service and support. They say they can not cancel the transaction. The method of this pending charge was with something I never set up for on the website. I have even told them I do not even have the amount of money in my account and all I get is, "I'm sorry sir".

I was new to the whole experience, they took full advantage:They restricted myb account and told me multiple times that they couldn't verify my identity and suspected fraud. They are the frauds!! I wish I would've read the reviews before investing my money!

My daughter’s robinhood was hacked

My daughter’s robinhood account was hacked. All the stock she had was sold without her knowing. On top of that they transferred $2000 from her linked account. BOA refunded her the money. Robinhood did absolutely nothing. Don’t expect them to do anything. They asked a couple of questions, she never heard from them again. They did not refund the money to her. They don’t care. Upon seeing this garbage I closed my account. They are awful.

Scammers I don’t need to start with…

Scammers I don’t need to start with their huge scam on GameStop. There has been multiple movies on that where they screwed me over by not making the button available but only sell apart from that recently I tried their Crypto platform for the last time ever giving them my trust because the money I deposited was allegedly reversed but never has And we’re talking about 4 to 5 digit investments here

I attempted to open an account to…

I attempted to open an account to transfer my 401k into. I put one letter off on my email address, and I tried to get this corrected. I went through several customer service agents, providing my id and pictures of my face. The customer service agent, MJ, was condescending, and told me that I never did the verfication, so I did it again, then they told me that I typed my address as my name, and then they told me the photo was too blurry. I just kept getting the runaround from foreign customer service agents. Don't bother with them!

Robbery and penny shaving plus added feed that double robbed a user

So to day I when and sold a share that was valued at 1.09 just because I wanted to get done with it and received only 1.03 of it when it should be no charge it seen that Robinhood means they are robbing the used because I also had some bit coin and when to sell it all and it didn't it save fraction of pennies and would not let me sell it same it did with Shiva Inu it held back 136 crypto that I cant sell ether when i wante to sell all so i could rebuy at a lower price but it seem that they robbing user and to cash out you still want to take a percent still what kind of platform are y'all running here I'm going to seek this further in the legal way because this is robbery when y'all promoting free feed and easy to used applications the penny shaving is robbery because it is taken with out my permission and with out my knowledge until it is too late

These fools cannot do a simple transfer…

These fools cannot do a simple transfer from my Robinhood account to my bank checking account. The first time I tried to transfer, Robinhood sent it to the WRONG CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER!. I entered all bank routing and checking account numbers correctly. They researched it, verified that I was correct, and said they'd take care of it. THEN THE FOOLS TRIED TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF DEPOSITING. I HAVE A MASSIVE NEGATIVE BALANCE IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. They REFUSE TO ADDRESS THE ISSURE OR TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THESE FOOLS ARE NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME, THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS OF HANDING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OR MONEY.

Worst investment company ever SCAM

Worst investment company ever! Someone hacked my account and I cannot get in. And I’ve been emailing them for over a month to change my information. I hope this company gets dissolved and banned. Definitely operates as scam. Just close my account like I’ve begging please. I never begged any harder to not be affiliated with a dirty ass company like this before.

Beware of their outages

Beware of their outages. They reversed a trade i made and tried to hide it by deleting the history. The customer service said they seen where it happened but they will do nothing about it. They wouldnt return the shares. At the current price they have stolen $900 from me

Don't get involved with Robin Hood! Dishonesty, deception, and manipulation for no reason since I've done nothing wrong or if I have I don't know what it is cuz they won't tell me!

Don't get involved with Robin Hood! Used to be the best app and I spoke very highly of them. Recently, they've shown their true deceptive and dishonest ways.

Support's a joke. Unhelpful after restricting my account. Won't tell me why "for security purposes." But there is no security purpose that withholds information about my account from me. I'm a grown adult and can look over my own security and the fact that they think they know me well enough to make those decisions for me on my behalf without consulting me if that were even the case is awful audacious and pretentious. It's more likely that they don't want it mentioned here because they know that their other customers would not approve of it.

All 6-7 support agents have told a different lie to me about why. The first one stated that it "had been disabled on my account" but couldn't tell me why for those security reasons. When I was n't willing to accept that I was escalated to the person that told me that it was "specific security measures that have been taken on behalf of protecting all other customers accounts." Implying that it wasn't a consequence for something that I had done which I don't know what it would have been and they weren't willing to tell me or contact me about it or inform me any sort of way to discuss it if I had and this is how I get dealt with. And that there was "no timeline available" on when this will be resolved.

I'm about fed up with hearing how things are done with my account for security measures that I can't be told about and that there's no timeline available by not just this support team but every single one I've needed to contact past few years! I'm just told that it "has been escalated to the relevant department and will receive correspondence when there's a resolution which never happens.

I'm not a moron. I've heard this from enough support teams in the last few years and all with the same result as if I were simply calling the same company's support every time now that they no longer have any answers to any questions or resolutions to any problems or anything relevant to add to anything but simply are there to delay the process and to deter you from contacting them all together. (I'm sorry not calling support as the phone numbers just lead you to a message that directs you to chat support and then hangs up on you as does Robinhood's. Try it. (650) 761-7789)

I know none of it's true and there's no security measure. They just don't want the truth publicly known. And there most definitely is a timeline since nothing happens in business without a timeline, especially, a financial institution that deals with cryptocurrency! A reason all by itself not to trust them with your money if there's no timeline available for anything. They're just trying to keep you from continuing to contact them looking for updates. Also, support is not escalating anything to any department. They're simply moving on to the next customer and telling them the same lies. This one they're just telling you what they think you want to hear so that you feel like you got something accomplished. But it's quite obvious after going unanswered enough times that it's not getting done at all!

Immoral and unethical business practices cause me to not trust them now with money. They've told me so many lies and each one of them a different one and then I call them out on it and they followed up with even more lies and continue to not provide me any information and try to tell me that it's being done to everybody's account and not just mine still despite throwing screenshots of their own website back. At the end it mentions nothing about it and other screenshots of other people in forum stating the same thing occurring to them 2 or 3 years ago sometimes. So they been up to this for a while. I just had never needed support before cuz it was a good service and did everything they said they were going to do. But if I can't count on you to tell me the truth and to give me a person I can talk to on the telephone and tell me it's actually going to answer questions and resolve problems and not these tactics then you don't get trusted with my money. I work too hard for it to let fools like this have any power over it.

Some of y'all are trusting them with tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars representing your entire future in life after retirement. Beware. They're up to shady things now and I wouldn't trust them with $100! However, the trend that it is, I wouldn't tell you to be able to tell you where to turn that can be trusted cuz every business seems to be replacing customer satisfaction and appreciation with concern for their bottom lines and profit margins. They our only concerned with their pockets being full of money and are willing to make decisions to increase that at the customer's expense forgetting it's only cuz of us they have revenue.

I have been trying to access my account…

I have been trying to access my account for more than 3 weeks. The only device I has ever used when accessing my account is my cellphone. Now suddenly, I can't access my account and RobinHood keeps sending a code to "My other device ", which I don't have. I have contacted them at least 6 times about that issue. They have had my fill out a name change form 2 times, and refused to call me. I have even requested that they close my account, which they refuse to allow. As far as I'm concerned, RobinHood is no better than the people who scam .

they are fraud

they are fraud. dont ever try there app . i was in option trade all of sudden im not able to lo in. you cant contact them via phone or text, when emailed them they asked me for my identification thru their link but that link doesn't work. basically my money stuck with them im just not able access my account. im going take them to court now
