If I could give 0 stars I would. Kept me waiting for months (and several attempts) for a credit card application, all because of technical issues at their end which they described as a 'corrupt file'. Endless calls to try and sort it out, hours on hold and multiple promises broken.
To add to that, I've just moved home and tried (3 times now) to change my address. A month on, they are still sending me statements to the wrong address. Tried to call, on the phone for 40 minutes and was told I had to stay on the line for them to try and resolve it, so I gave up. Useless and pitiful bank.
