The first opening performance was not feeling it at all. It is always better to get the performer to the audience we know. But Luda made it up 💯percent. He had everyone excited last night.

They sound like the did 20 years ago. I'm not blaming the band but they all do this save their best for last. I wanted to hear all of their music but just didn't have the stamina to stand that long. Also it's best for these artists to stay out of the political race. Giving away save democracy t shirts sounds like a democratic slogan.
Meloncamp was booed off stage for is politics at his concert.

Bob Dylan was off on his own tangent not doing any well known songs - I wouldn’t go see him again if it was free - Mellencamp and Willie Nelson were excellent as expected

Concert was great, security was great. However, the gate opening time was almost an hour past your posted times and a thousand people baked in the hot sun when they could have been in their cars or just came later. The way your staff interpreted your time table on the email sent out and what it actually said was night and day different. Also, not being able to purchase soda pop in the venue is stupid and ridiculous. Not everyone drinks booz. If I wanted to get drunk I would go to an air conditioned bar and play the jukebox. Food was great selection and laid out pretty good to handle the crowd.

The music and acoustics were fantastic. Everything else was terrible. Accessibility was non existent. Unlit stairs(not to code)with no handrails and no ushers to assist. The venue was designed for hockey games not concerts. The only good seats were on the ice surface. The remaining seats were facing the ice rink area and not the stage. And the food was barely edible.

Great show last night. UB40 and English Beat were fab. 2nd time at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and love it even more this time.
Looking forward to returning for Crowded House at the end of the month!

The Rod Steward concert? He didn't show and the concert was cancelled. Besides the cost of the tickets, there was no text telling me about the 'no show' only a noticed posted on the concert door. Driving 9 hours R/T from LA, 2 days off work, hotel expenses plus Vegas priced food, this was a terrible experience. He had a sore throat? ...well tell the people you may not sound great, you don't ignore 4,000 people standing at the door.

The opening act, Britney Spencer was refreshing. Bob Dylan almost put me into a coma, his music just didn't fit with the rest of the festivals presenters. John Mellencamp was great with some of his great classics.
And of course there was Willie, and his slightly out of tune with everyone else guitar.
Waylon sounds so much like Willie that there was a time I wasn't sure who was singing.
As for the venue itself.
I had never been to the stadium before and didn't know what to expect. I did know it would be stadium seating and we had planned on bringing our seat cushions in, but decided at the last minute to leave them in the car.
We chose the Eest side stadium seats due to pricing, but we sat in the direct sun from about 5:15 pm til the sun went behind the taller stadium seating on the west side of the arena.
If we ever do an event at this venue again, we will definitely shell out the extra $$$ for the West side seating.
Security.
Going through the metal detectors coming into the event was like walking through a screen door. They looked into my wife's glasses case, but didn't check anything that beeped on me.
There were police all through the event on the floor and police on rooftops, to include snipers. I don't know if they did it on purpose, but they had a sniper rifle set up so it was sticking over the edge of the roofline. Possibly as a deterrent, because when the sun went down, the rifle came down too.

Melancamp put on a great show, and so did Willie but Dylan....-- he really needs to retire. He's brilliant and I still endlessly listen to his vast studio renditions but his live shows, as has been the case for a while now, are painful to watch.

It was great to be in the company of Parrotheads, all singing and crying and dancing and laughing at the same time. The Reefers paid tribute to Jimmy and his spirit was clearly there. It was a "no frills" experience with minimal attention to staging or merch and that was actually refreshing. It was all about the music. His music. Their music. So happy to have been there.

It took a while to get my tickets and the phone number for Ticket Smarter was not working, so I was worried that I would not be able to get the them, but the tickets finally got transferred and everything went smoothly after that. I attended the NFL Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. This was my first experience with Ticket Smarter. I will now have confidence to use them again

Front row seats on Ticket master were sold out for Janet Jackson and Earth Wind and Fire! Thanks to ticket smarter I was able to score front row seats to both shows for a reasonable price and I had an amazing time at both shows!! Venue was great but Brian Regan seemed off. This is the third time we’ve seen him, definitely not his best performance and the show was also pretty short as he was only on for about an hour.

We ordered these tickets 3 months ago. The company was very secretive about when and how the tickets would be issued.
"Trust us" was the impression we were given. They at one time said that the tickets would be delivered the day of the concert. ( the concert was 300 miles from our home.)
Finally they contracted it out to a company we had never heard of and they went to our spam email account.
I contract ticketsmart the day before the concert and they straightend it out.
We had a third ticket for a relative who found out a month before the concert he was having surgery and couldn't attend. I contracted ticketsmart. They told me there were no refunds, but they would sell them for us. I have heard nothing from the company.
All in all it was a great concert, but no thanks to Ticketsmart. I would not use the again if I had a choice.

I had a message from ticket Master saying that Heart show was posponed. This was a message from TicketMaster saying that you would contact me when there would be a show. So, Then I never went to see Heart

Great show! The Stones were fantastic as were all the players accompanying them. The venue however, SoFi stadium in LA, CA, is not built for concert sound. They had the roof on top of it so the sound was better than when they played there in 2021, but there was still strange echo effects due to the sides of the stadium being open so the sound did not have any walls to bounce back off of. If I didn't know the song lyrics, I would have had a hard time understanding them. I could not understand what Mick was saying, so will have to catch the concert replay on You Tube to catch that. But the Stones want to play for the most fans possible and filled the place up twice, so I am thankful for that. I just wish these stadiums would consider music and not just sports when building these venues. Also, I saw the opening Stones show in Houston, and it was really cool that they did several different songs at the two shows, so the shows were different in some ways, and that was cool!

It was my daughters first big venue concert Hoizer at Bethal Woods. Our original 2 tickets were ought way ahead of time. Close to the last minute she begged to bring her best friend. You guys came through 3 days before the sold out concert. I can not say enough great things no problems no hiccups I will use ticket smarter every time Thank you!
