Everything went wrong, I purchased the car at least a week ago, and have no car. The dealer sold me the car very fast, I did not get to choose the vehicle, look at the vehicle, see the engine, look at the undercarriage, hear the engine run or anything and the price tag was not all that low, which fortunately I ended up with the car brand and model I probably would have chosen. shortly after my purchase my current car I am driving required a repair that I could not have afforded coupled with my down payment for this loan. Their system at the dealership was somehow compromised, so that meant I had nothing to drive all week and some of the responses to my urgency over the matter were pretty apathetic, such as, "can't you rent a car?" and "You're not the only person going through this right now"
never taking responsibility or accountability for the fact that all of the customers information was compromised as a result of dealing with these people and also now all of us are just in limbo as we do not want to go through more credit checks and bologna and find ourselves in this position somewhere else as well?
Needless to say I still do not have my car, so I have had to borrow tides, working less hours, and just kind of surprising that such a large enterprise would not have a more immediate solution to something this important?
On a brighter note, I did get a good car, at least I think? I haven't really even seen it much? I did get a loan, with much higher payments than I intended to pay, but I am not looking good on paper credit wise so it was hard to believe they were able to help at all, and I hopefully will be the owner of a reliable car soon?

What made my experience great was that Ricardo (the salesman) and Mario ( finance manager) were exceptional. Ricardo knew what car was right for me and was there to help me put me in a new car and followed up with me a few days after to see how things were going with tbe new car. . Mario was very through in explaining the contract in non complicated easy to understand words. These 2 guys are exceptional in there roles and truly know what it means when it. Comes to "taking care of the customer." I am lucky and grateful to have had Ricardo and Mario help me out. There awesome.

They worked with me to get me the best deal on a used vehicle even though my credit was not perfect. The dealers at Garber Buick of Saginaw were excellent and the salesperson Cody Robinson was great to work with as well as the Finance Manager. Overall a great experience. I would recommend customers to use Auto Credit Express and see what they can do for you.

I saw carsdirect.com on a YouTube ad and clicked it and was sent to autocreditexpress.com. it was super easy to apply and they had fast results. And they accept anyone regardless of credit score.

Sales Representative Luis drive to pick me up. Saw the deal thru. My only complaint is I wasn't allowed of Financing options with a much lower Monthly payment.

MY Salesman Rodney Smith made my car buying experience great. He was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and well mannered. He greeted me at my car for starters as if he knew I was coming, He assisted me out of the vehicle, rolled out the red carpet and proceeded to provide class A-1 service to me. We went over my wants and my needs and Mr. Rodney then began by giving me a few options to choose from. We test drove vehicles, went over pricing, and sat down and proceeded to make my transportation needs a reality. The courtesy didn't stop at my salesman though, I have to also give accolades to Ebony Jefferson, the finance manager, for taking the time to explain everything to me in great detail, even when I had a fraud alert on my credit report and had to straighten out that situation, Ms. Ebony was able to explain the situation with ease. She was extra helpful, calm, courteous and respectful. All In all my car buying experience was very pleasant and comforting, due to the knowledgeable, welcoming staff members at Gossett Hyundai Motors, Covington Pike in Memphis, TN. I wasn't expecting such red carpet service and both my salesman, Rodney Smith and the finance manager, Ebony Jefferson, rolled out the red carpet for me and made this a car buying experience that I will always remember. Hats off to them both, and Thank you for providing me a wonderful car buying experience. Thanks to employees like these I will be a return customer and I will be sending more customers their way!

The carrier refers you to dealerships that try and choose the vehicle for you and then if you do not agree with their choice you will not get financed. The dealership also asks for a large down payment as well. None of this is explained with the approval.
