This was my first product purchase from Crutchfield in many years. Web experience is as good as it gets. Simple, informative, every aspect was by the numbers.
The product (KEF T301c surpassed expectations. This used as a on-wall center speaker paired with rather more expensive B&W mains. Works very well in a 7.2.2 Atmos configuration. Looks are perfect for my set up.

Crutchfield just gets it right. I don't have a high-end audio store near me, just the big box stores. I've purchased from Crutchfield a number of times through the years, but never had to return anything. I recently purchased some Klipsch RP-5000F speakers as part of a system. I really wanted Heresys, but couldn't bring myself to spend that much - had hopes that the RP-5000Fs would satisfy me. They didn't. Crutchfield made the exchange SO easy. They sent return labels, free of charge, and I dropped the speakers off at a local UPS service center. I also did what I should have done, and purchased the Heresys (from Crutchfield.) Crutchfield had them to me, via freight, in 2 days, and they refunded the RP-5000Fs the day they received them, about 3 days. I'm thrilled with my new Heresys, and thrilled with how easy Crutchfield made it to do business with them. There's a reason they've been around for so long!

I was a pretty loyal Crutchfield customer 40 years ago. Then life changed. I would still stop by and check out the site and reviews. For years I have had the same multimedia head unit in 3 cars. One of them gave up and replacement availability is non existent. So I thought I would look into an android auto head unit. The best choices are on Crutchfield so I came here. Found a great unit at a great price.
The site is easy to manage, with a lot of variety, expertise, and installation kits and advice.

I needed a cover for the control head on my boat (old one was damaged) and Crutchfield had the exact replacement. I ordered the part and it was shipped that day. Two days later it was installed and it looks great! Great service, great experience for my first time with them. I was unaware of Crutchfield until the audio shop told me about them. I will be using them for new stereo systems in my Jeep and truck. Thank you!

I'm disappointed in the installation kit. It only lets you use 1 USB when in reality I have 3. The HDMI cable does not plug into the radio without an adapter. So now I will need to remove the radio to hook this up once I find an adapter.

I have been looking into installing a subwoofer into my car for a while now, watching videos, reading articles, but it all just confused me more than anything, so finally I decided to call in and ask for assistance. On the phone I was greeted by TINA who was absolutely amazing! She listened to and answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me choose what products would best fit my needs. Ordered a Sumiko Moonstone cartridge and stylus to upgrade my Debut Pro. I also ordered the Pro-Ject Align It S protractor to align the cartridge during replacement of the Raineer cartridge. Pro-Ject makes good stuff, but they appear to be money-grabbers. No instructions included, or on-line, that I could find. Refers you to Pro's owner manual, which then tells you to send it to Pro-Ject if you don't know what you're doing. This is not rocket science, and I'm not a juvenile - c'mon Pro-Ject, give up some profit and help out those that buy your over-priced accessories.
