I was impressed how far back my previous Crutchfield purchases were recorded from 15 years ago. That helped me in choosing what other accessories I might need for my new replacement truck stereo.
I am also very happy with the new stereo, as it has all the features and sound quality I wanted. All of the people were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced recently. The install directions were 100 % accurate on my 36 year old car. And the sound improvement was amazing too.

I purchased new speakers for my truck using a tool on their website that determines if the vehicle and audio product are compatible. If this weren't awesome enough, the product arrived in less than 48 hours. They have a wide range of options - no matter what your budget, they have something for you. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have not experienced customer service like this in a very, very long time.

Chrome trim piece that fits over radio was too big for opening in dash. Cost me an extra $45 for installer to modify the opening to make it fit. Not at all happy about this. Everything was supposed to fit my 79 Vette 😡. Crutchfield you lied to me!! BS….

Everything I needed was in the box, only knock was the speaker adapters didn't come with very good instructions, just kinda said you may break off a few tabs to fit.

Most of the time Crutchfield have knowledgeable personnel and tech support available and that is my favorite feature. The waiting time is usually not long. Huge inventory and special prices are other good reasons to choose them.

My advisor Dutch and Crutchfield is still the company you can trust with customer service. Follow up from beginning to the end. Even had a problem with my back ordered item being paid by PayPal, that I had to make another order, which was at retail price, reached out to Dutch and he was able to give me the sale price I had originally ordered via refund. He did that and followed up with a call to let me know. Awesome service!!!

FRAUD. Do not buy from here you can get all of this off amazon
I applied for credit card. 6 month interest free financing through the crutchfield.com website.... was granted $2000 line of credit on the spot.... I decided to spend more money than I would have if I were to use a debit card as I'd like to build my credit history.
My order was placed and the 6 month %0 interest was automatically applied through my account.
Crutchfield called me the next morning and said I cannot use the credit card they gave me......
I will make sure nobody buys anything from this website....although I don't think many people do as I can buy all these products for cheaper. The only reason I was shopping here is because I got a credit card through crutchfield.
My credit report now will have a mark for a new unused line of credit since this credit card i only got to use on this website.
Do yourself a favor crutchfield and take syncrony home off your website and stop advertising 6 month interest free as there is a false advertising lawsuit coming your way

Crutchfield always has the best information on all types of audio equipment, from low cost to high end. The website is great and allows you to hear and compare speakers before buying. They usually have sales to keep prices down and you get points which takes a few more dollars off your next purchase. They also include the installation rings and wire harnesses which make the install easier and because they are included, it is usually cheaper than most other online sources! Great info and THE place to buy from!

Such an easy process. I was replacing my car stereo, and their website pointed me to the options that fit my car and met my specifications. Then the adapters and instructions were in included at no extra charge. Couldn't have been easier. They even emailed the instructions before the shipment arrived, so I could look it over and know what to expect. By the time the stereo arrived, I was able to have it installed in my car within a few hours! I am so impressed!
