I am very pleased with my experience with Bellhop. I just had to tell them about the types of items I wanted moved and they arranged everything. Everyone was really nice, yet professional and took great care of my belongings. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. They were 6+ hours late and broke a chair. Bellhop did nothing to support or rectify the situation. Avoid Bellhop at all costs.

The crew was amazing, friendly and quick. They had to carry everything up 6 flights of stairs and did it quickly with ease and never once complained. Then they assembled some of the furniture for me saving us so much time! This was the BEST moving experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!!!

The staff was incredibly professional and efficient. They took great care and making sure they didn’t damage floors or walls when moving heavy items. They were very thoughtful about how they packed the items into my pod and overall they were just very nice people. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends

We used Bellhop for a full home out of state move. The communication during the sales, loading and unloading process was really outstanding. The truck for both loading and unloading showed up right on time (which was super important to us), the teams loading and unloading were super punctual, professional and careful with our items. For an extra fee, we had our dedicated truck with a firm pick up and delivery date. I highly recommend this company. It is pricey, but if you need a job well done, this is it. No hidden fees, and you get a dashboard with the names of the crew contacting you. I really liked the visibility.

They provide an easy quote for the move and provide enough movers during the process to ensure the quote is executed. They may need some minor directions for things that are awkward to move but they are careful to not damage anything!

We will use Bellhop again and recommend them to friends and family!!

I’m again very disappointed with Bellhop service.

I have less things than last moving that Bellhop did for me.

Your guys left many things behind and load up very bad. I saw the pictures from the truck. I did 11 times moving and never left anything behind. Your service is poor and irresponsible. Last time the truck has roles and my bed and few boxes with books was destroyed.

I will open a complaint against your company.

Thanks bellhop for making a very stressful move (Atlanta to Dallas) much more manageable. All the reps were helpful and customer service was easy to get in touch with. Added bonus that our delivery time was only one day without needing to wait for things to arrive. My loaders, unloaders and driver all arrived right on time and were all easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Will definitely use again if I need to make a big long distance move!

The folks who came were on time, very helpful, friendly and polite. I was very please since we usually only use one mover for our interior design business and we know them really well. I was a little nervous, but Bellhop was seamless. Easy to contact too! That seems to be a problem with some of the other moving services. I called to alter our move a little bit and it was simple.

Scheduling by telephone was easy and the scheduler I spoke with was responsive and got back to me quickly with an estimate.
The movers reported on time, ready to work. They were efficient, knew what they were doing, took care with our items, and finished in a timely manner. They were pleasant and easy to work with and I'd be happy to use any of them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay far away from this company. They canceled TWICE on us the day of our move!!!!! Didn’t even tell us either only for us to call to find out the time to say our reservation was canceled and NEVER called us??? Then they confirm to send a team out at 2pm… they call at 130pm THIRTY MINUTES before we’re supposed to move to say they don’t have a team… who does that??? What kind of business runs like this??? When they finally showed up the next day my $3,000 sectional got damaged with holes in it since the movers didn’t wrap it… bellhop offered $120 for the damage LOL don’t waste your time. Terrible experience

Cimeone, the lead, was exceptional as a communicator and leader and worker. Pedro, his assistant was also a very hard worker. They worked through challenges and found solutions and never complained.

First of all, the guys that came to load my truck get FIVE STARS. They were incredible! Friendly, on time, hard working, and very good at packing a four bedroom house into a 26’ truck for a 14 hr drive. I didn’t have to triage anything to be driven up later.

This is my first review after using Bellhops three times. I’m rating Bellhops overall at a four star rating due to a consistent issue I’ve noticed since first using this company back in 2019. The first time using Bellhops we asked for two people to move our apartment around the corner of the same building, from a 1bed to a 2bed. One person showed up. In 2020, we thought it out and requested three people to load a box truck, and two people showed to assist with the loading. In 2024, I had a 4 bedroom house packed into PODS that needed to be loaded into a box truck. I requested four people, and three showed up. Three separate years, three separate moves, and consistently missing one person means a four star review. But game the system, order one more than you think you’ll need, and you’ll either have extra hands or just the right amount of people. I will use Bellhops again
