Excellent customer service, agents understand your needs and react speedily and efficiently. Very polite and helpful. The product is also excellent. Works for my needs and don't believe I've ever had an issue. Thank you

Smooth

Great day. I was having issues loading this VPN when I reached out for support. After reading the set up guide, I uninstalled and re installed and have had no problems thereafter. Additionally, I switched to annual payments and received a $63 discount. Way to go IP Varnish.

25% extra discount scam.

The same thing has happened to me!
I recently looked at ipvanish.
I was debating on completing the 2 year subscription or waiting.. I was exiting the ipvanish website and intended to come back later when a pop up screen appeared and offered an additional 25% off if I completed the order.
I completed the order but did not receive the additional 25% discount.

This VPN is easy to install, reliable, clean in presentation and execution; a solid performer. I highly recommend this VPN. No marketing BS like Norton.

Ive tried 3 different brands of vpn

Ive tried 3 different brands of vpn. I personally found ipvanish the most easiest user friendly experience out of others. Topped with genuine fast customer care. And plenty of offers on. Highly recommended by me thanks 🙏 this is my 3rd yearly subscription so keep us customers happy as always 🤝

IPVanish turned my Auto Renew back on after I had turned it off

I paid for a two year deal and IPVanish was a good product and worked perfectly. Just before the 2 years was up I went to my account and turned off the auto renew as I did not want to start paying the high monthly fee. I was very surprised that on the day my 2 years was up I was charged the first monthly fee and when I went to my account the Auto Renew was turned back on. I immediately complained and cancelled the account as asked for an immediate refund as I had turned the auto renew off, but they refused. I have raised a complaint with PayPal to try to get the money back.

Does not support IPTV.

It was easy to set up, however, my internet speed went way down when using it for IPTV. I contacted their support and was told they don’t support IPTV. So I canceled my account and subscribed to Surfshark who do support IPTV. It would be helpful if IPvanish indicated this on their website, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

I recently re subscribed to ipvanish.

I recently re subscribed to ipvanish.
I was debating on completing the 2 year subscription or waiting.. I was exiting the ipvanish website and intended to come back later when a pop up screen appeared and offered an additional 25%off if I completed the order.
I completed the order but did not receive the additional 25% discount.
I was disappointed not to receive the discount as promised. I am considering cancelling my subscription and informing my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I’ve always had great customer service…

I’ve always had great customer service with IPVanish technical support staff. I’ve found them all very knowledgeable, and have always been able to solve issues the first call. Additionally, in the 5 years I’ve been using their VPN, I’ve only had to use their support 3 or 4 times. It’s a solid product

Hello, my old VPN contract has come to an end, I looked for an offer, IPVanish offer was the most attractive, and I got it, it is easy to use, good speeds, there is no lag when watching IPTV TV. A good program from a well-known name at a good price.
