The 76th Emmy Awards are set to take place on Sunday, September 15 in the Peacock Theater at LA Live—confusingly, just eight months after the last ceremony, which finally went ahead on January 15, 2024, after being delayed by the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Here’s your cheat sheet for the broadcast, from how to tune in to the biggest contenders in all the major categories.

How can I watch the 2024 Emmys?

The ceremony will air live on ABC from 8 p.m. EST, with the official red carpet pre-show beginning an hour earlier. (E!’s red carpet coverage, meanwhile, kicks off at 5.) Viewers can also stream the ceremony live via YouTube TV, Hulu+ Live TV, or Fubo, and watch the full ceremony back on Hulu from Monday, September 16.

Who is hosting the 2024 Emmys?

Schitt’s Creek’s beloved father-son duo, Eugene Levy and Dan Levy, will host the 2024 Emmys. “For two Canadians who won our Emmys in a literal quarantine tent, the idea of being asked to host this year in an actual theater was incentive enough,” the pair said in a joint statement. “We’re thrilled to be able to raise a glass to this extraordinary season of television and can’t wait to spend the evening with you all.”

What are the eligibility requirements for the 2024 Emmys?

Any program that aired between June 1, 2023 and May 31, 2024 is eligible for this year’s awards.

Which show got the most nominations for the 2024 Emmys?

Unsurprisingly, it was Shōgun, beloved by critics and audiences alike, which got the most nods, with a whopping 25.
