Last week, little Prince Alexander of Sweden donned his traditional cotton and lace gown and was christened in the chapel of Drottningholm Palace. Held adoringly by his parents, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, this teeny title-holder became the latest royal baby to be baptized. Second only to the obsessed-over royal weddings à la Princess Diana and Kate Middleton, past christenings of princes and princesses have produced some of the most stunning images of royal families in history.
