If you’ve been keeping track of the runway trends this season, you may have noticed that capri pant is back. The ankle-grazing style popularized in the ‘50s and ‘60s, experienced a revival in the early 2000s, so it was only a matter of time before it was swept up in Y2K- mania. In Alexander McQueen’s pre-fall 2023 collection, cropped denim jeans were styled with an ankle-length boot, while at Kenzo and Comme des Garçons Homme Plus, models wore sneakers, showing off the bit of leg that used to be taboo during the Victorian era. Take a look through the best capri pants moments in street style to inspire your best summer 2023 ‘fit.
