Great stay!

We had a great stay! Randy is a great host and the space was just right for myself and my two kids. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean! It is the perfect spot for those wanting to use Camp Watercolor! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful watercolor getaway!

We took our three small children to the carriage house and had a great time! We had everything we needed. The carriage house was very clean! Randy was very helpful during our stay and gave lots of recommendations. Easy, quick walk to camp watercolor to take the kids to the pool. Loved driving down and parking or taking the trolley to the beach and beach club pool. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to Publix for groceries. Loved being so close to seaside as well! We will be back!

Better than expected

Wow, this neighborhood had everything you could think of! This place was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious. Actually bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet street with little traffic flow but also right by camp watercolor! If this place is available, snag it!!

Great Location/Super Clean/Spacious

We had a wonderful stay! Super close to Camp Watercolor and an easy walk to Seaside Town Square and the Beach Club. Randy was super kind, responsive and helpful. The space was clean and quite spacious.

Can't wait to go back!

A perfect place for a family with children! Randy's place gave us everything we needed from cookware to towels to location to the pool and the beach. Randy was also incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on where to eat, what to do in the area and was just a really nice person to stop and chat with for a bit while on our way home from the pool. Thank you!

Quaint experience with wonderful host!

We had a great time at the Carriage house - you can comfortably sleep 3-4 (we brought a blow up for our 3 year old and it worked great). There was a full kitchen with bar stools so that worked great for quick meals, and you cannot beat the location.. it's very close to camp watercolor and a few minute bike ride from the beach. Only downside was no laundry, but for a quick trip away, that was totally do-able! Would 100% stay again, and Randy is the best!!

Perfect spot for a couples get away

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend get away and it was perfect. Beautiful carriage house with everything we needed. Everything in water color is close so we just rode the bike to the pools and seaside. We Uber’d to dinner and back. The owner was very kind and responsive when we did have a question as well. We would love to stay there again. Perfect for couples or a small family.

Best week!

We had the best week at Randy's carriage house! He and his wife were excellent hosts -- super quick to communicate and very helpful when we needed it. The home is very clean -- definitely the cleanest rental we have stayed in years. The location cannot be beat, especially if you have kids who want to visit Camp Watercolor. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect little Watercolor hideaway

Everything was exactly as described and the owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! They live in the main house on property and are very accommodating while still giving you your space. We love the Watercolor area and this was the perfect size for 2 moms and 2 teenage girls.

Economical and savvy way to access magnificent watercolor

Although small, this carriage house is very practical and lovely. One of my sons stayed with me and his junior class friends while my husband took my older son and his senior class friends to a different location. The owners are on site in the main house and are kind, friendly and respectful of privacy. I humbly suggest you stay in this sweet carriage house if you have one or two very small kids or one older child.

Amazing Beach Vacation

This amazing carriage house was everything that we could have wanted or needed for our beach vacation!! It was in lovely Watercolor and close to everything. We rode our bikes everywhere and it was so relaxing! Randy and Diana were extremely nice and so accommodating. We would totally recommend this place to anyone!!

We had the best time on our vacation to Watercolor. The carriage house was the perfect amount of space for our family with young children. It was clean, comfortable, accommodating and just wonderful. Randy is a great host and gave me all the best tips about staying in Watercolor. Highly recommend the carriage house! We enjoyed riding bikes that were provided too.

Great Carriage House! Great location

My family and I had a great trip to WaterColor and enjoyed staying in the carriage house. The property owners were great and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Being steps away from Camp Watercolor was a huge perk for our little girl and us. My wife and I were very comfortable with plenty of living space and the sleeper sofa is nice for small children. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away to the beach.

Great stay at Watercolor

Great place to stay at Watercolor. The carriage house was perfect for my husband and I. We loved that we had use of bikes and we rode them everywhere. We also enjoyed the Watercolor pools and amenities.
