SANDPIPER is a beautiful, lower density condominium, located beachfront with breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is a 2/2 with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a cozy living area with balcony sitting area. The complex provides easy beach access, and has a beautiful pool deck overlooking the Gulf. Sandpiper is conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores, close to the HANGOUT and many restaurants.
Wake up to breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico with snowy white sand, emerald water, and the relaxing sounds of the waves rolling onto the shore. The unit is on the top floor (3rd) and is on the end so it is quiet and private. This roomy condo offers all the comforts of home, decorated with beachy elements. The kitchen has granite countertops, dining table, and a laundry closet. Master bedroom has a TV and on-suite. The guest bedroom has two (2) beds, large chest, and TV. The living area offers plenty of seating and will sleep two additional people with a hide away bed. There is a large private balcony overlooking the strip where you can put your beach items, relax and enjoy the strip. The strip offers walking, biking, or just relaxing on the beach to the sound of the wind and surf. There are water activities like jet-skiing, parasailing or dolphin tours available too!! This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your staycation!

SANDPIPER complex amenities include covered parking, outdoor pool, large BBQ area with grills, prep table and benches. The condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, within walking distance to the HANGOUT, and many restaurants and shopping!! Many attractions like The TRACK for go-carts, arcade, Skycoaster, several Putt Putt golf attractions, Cobb movie theater, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, the outlet mall and OWA are all just a short drive away!!

Our stay at 9C Sandpiper
Everything was really nice other than we wanted to be closer to the beach (maybe a unit that we walk out the door to see the ocean). That is my only complaint. The managers were very courteous and accommodating. I got the condo online that I looked out, just the view it showed online was not the view from the condo. That was a little disappointing.

Wonderful Time
We enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper tremendously. Would only suggest a maximum party of six. Sofa couch mattress needs replaced. All needed supplies were included...location great.....very friendly community. Truly is right on the beach and has a nice pool as well.

Hangout fest vacation
A nice property in a good location. You can walk to the festival if you really wanted to but they also have beach access on the property which is really nice. Could use a full length mirror but other wise great place.

Nice place, easy beach access
Really enjoyed our time at sandpiper unit 9C. Quiet corner unit. No view of the beach from our unit, but could walk on the deck to see it. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Easy checkin and manager was always responsive to questions. Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. It is about a mile to the hangout and the big souvenir shops, but several smaller ones closer. Very easy access to the beach with small children, no issues at all.

Annual Friends Trip
Our experience at Sandpiper condos was great! Upon arrival, parking and navigating to our unit was easy. There was an elevator and carts which made unloading a breeze. The condo is small, but cozy! We noticed a few upgrades were made to the unit in comparison to the pictures on the listing. The listing said 2bed/2bath, but there is a third bedroom in the listing pictures which can be confusing. The pictures of the balcony in the listing are also a little misleading. The balcony/patio is not enclosed and depending on your unit, your patio might be the area around your front door. Luckily we had a corner unit, so it was a little more private. The condo came with a few complimentary essentials which was nice! The beach was packed (our trip was August 1-6). We had a tent which had to be on the right side of the life guards stand, so it was a hike to where we wanted to set up. But overall, great experience!!

The location to the beach was perfect. The condo itself needs updated and a deep clean. The beds are very uncomfortable, furniture needs a deep clean or replaced. Our friends had the condo next door and they were like night and day as far as the furnishings.

Awesome place to stay!
We had a wonderful time, plenty of space for 6 adults. The condo was very clean and we loved the location! It is right on the beach.. within walking distance to popular places on the strip. We will definitely be booking again!!

Gulf Shores Beach Condo
Location is great, right on the beach. Good place for snowbirds to meet others while mIntaining their own space. Living room furniture is worn and could use updating. Venetian blinds do not work well so we left them closed. There were some repairs being done during the month we were there. Elevator was down for 3 days and plumbers were going through doing pressure checks. Still, we had a really nice time there and would consider returning.
