Colin Jost, Mr. Punchable Face, is about to get an opportunity to really pack on the smarminess. He’s hosting the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on April 27, a role that calls for making fun of politicians, press, and the general vibe in the country — something he has more than a little practice doing on Saturday Night Live. The event is for politicians and members of the press, along with some choice celebrities, but for those of you who can’t be there and also don’t want to just resign to watch the speech in 30-second bursts on TikTok two weeks later, home viewing is certainly an option. The event will be broadcast live on C-Span, and those with cable can log into their account online or on the C-Span app to watch the dinner. If you don’t have cable, C-Span will post the dinner in full for free viewing after the event here. For those eschewing C-Span, NBC News typically livestreams the event on its YouTube channel. The dinner begins at 8 p.m., so be sure to put on your best political-wife attire.
