According to court documents, Autry is to serve 228 months, to be followed by five years of supervised release.

Judge S. Thomas Anderson announced the sentencing on Monday, June 24 at the U.S. District Court in Jackson.

This comes after Autry pled guilty to charges including being a felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of ammunition. The charges stem from a December 2020 incident where Autry was encountered with firearms in a field by a Benton County Sheriff’s deputy.

Earlier this year, Autry gained media attention after recanting his testimony in the Holly Bobo murder trial, contributing to a series of new hearings in the State of Tennessee v. Zachary Adams.

Stay with us on-air and online as we’ll provide more details on Autry’s sentencing later this evening.
