West TN duo Hutcheson Brothers finalists in Rolling Stone’s America’s Next Top Hitmaker competition
JACKSON, Tenn. — With your help, one music group based in West Tennessee could score an impressive win.
Country music singer-songwriters the Hutcheson Brothers are in the running for a national competition.
America’s Next Top Hitmaker competition, sponsored by Rolling Stone, will award $10,000 to the winning artist.
Winners will also have the chance to perform at Rolling Stone’s Future of Music showcase in Austin, Texas.

The Hutcheson Brothers, formed in 2012 by Ridgley natives and siblings Jon and Brandon Hutcheson, have earned several awards over the years and performed at venues nationwide.
