Heavy Rainfall Threat Across The Southeastern U.S.

The remnants of Francine will continue to produce widespread moderate to heavy rain from Tennessee into the Southeast Friday. Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall and previously saturated soils will likely lead to areas of scattered to widespread flash flooding, especially across central Alabama.
