Aufgaben

You will be at the heart of our finance excellence, ensuring seamless financial processes and supporting the overall success of the firm. Your daily responsibilities include finance support tasks but will also cover some coordinating tasks in collaboration with the office manager. We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.

* Strong background in accounting and finance support activities
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail
* Working experience of about 1-4 years, ideally in the professional service industry (i.e. auditing, tax advisory, accounting services) or in the Venture Capital or Private Equity environment
* Fluent language skills in both German and English
* Advanced proficiency with standard software applications, in particular excel
