Just left today after leasing a 2024 Q3! My 48 month VW Tiguan lease was over and we were ready to upgrade to an Audi so this was where we began that journey.
We walked in around ~3pm on the Saturday before and were able to see the options we wanted, talk to Lorenzo and test drive the car all within a couple of hours. This was a great visit and we were then scheduled to return my VW and get the Q3 we liked today. Lorenzo was super awesome and quick to get the car ready for us despite us saying we were not going to pick it up for a couple of weeks, but decided to want to pick it up today!
Lorenzo was such a great help and we recommend him to anyone who is interested in doing business with Audi. During the test drive, he gave my partner tips on how to use certain features and he really made us feel comfortable during the entire experience.

I purchased my Audi Q5 from Audi SF in October 2018. The sale was sub par to say the least and was definitely not Audi standards. I am very aware of Audi standards, since I had previously owned an A4 which I purchased at Audi of Marin. Audi SF did not give me the extra key to the vehicle, they did not fill the fuel on the vehicle, they also did not provide the book that belongs to the car. All of those items had to be procured weeks later. The sales man was more concerned with taking smoke breaks and he didn't even ride in the vehicle with me when I test drove it. He handed me the keys and took off. To say the least, I was not impressed with their customer service.
I loved my Q5 until I noticed (in March 2024) that the bumper was turning yellow. When I noticed this, I immediately contacted Barsotti's auto repair, which is one of two certified Audi authorized body repair shops in California. The other certified auto body repair shop is in Los Angeles. I have and always will take my Audis to this repair facility because they are certified through Audi. I will never go to any other place. That being said, both Barsotti's and I assumed that Barsotti's had painted my bumper previously when I had brought it in for a cosmetic repair/scrape on my trunk lid (that happened twice from my garage door track).
On the day of repair, I brought my Q5 in to Barsotti's. They told me at that time that they had checked their records and did not see a bumper repair. They had only done the trunk lid twice, but not the bumper. I contacted Audi corporate and they said the paint warranty was 5 years, and I was out of that timeframe so it would not be covered. I decided that I would pay out of pocket ($3,500), since I did not want to drive a vehicle around with a yellowing bumper. When Barsotti's started the repair, the called me immediately to tell me that whoever owned the vehicle prior to myself had done a very bad repair on the bumper and that was why it was yellowing. They said the repair was so badly done that they did not remove the bumper from the vehicle, and instead taped off the lights and painted it while still on the car.
I contacted Audi corporate (again) to notify them of the issue. They filed a claim and said that they would be contacting Audi SF to notify them that they are aware of the issue and for Audi SF to address it. I sent a detailed email to Audi SF, included the case number, Barsotti's emails regarding the damage/work done, photos, and the invoice.
I received a call today from the manager at Audi SF. They are refusing to pay for the issue. Audi SF was the first and only other owner of my Audi Q5. They owned the car from September 2015 (first date of service recorded with Audi corporate), and used it as a loaner vehicle. They then warehoused it for a year, until I came to purchase it in 2018. They did not disclose any damage or previous damage at the time of the sale. The manager, Dave, said that they are authorized to repair any of their own vehicles, but my claim is not their problem and they will not be reimbursing me anything for the incorrectly done repair.

Abe was my sales guy was 100% responsive to all my needs. He was on it from the moment my partner walked in to inquire all the way through delivery of my car in less than a week's time!
Abe was efficient, warm, listened well, and answered all my questions beyond expectations & promptly. He even picked up my car from the local port to assure it was delivered to me on time, which was a two day window. He also assured I obtained the best deal possible.
Robert the Gen. Sales manager was very helpful, friendly and amazing as well!

Exceptional service from Mohamad and David to lead my husband and I to the perfect Audi. We waited a little while as the car was being detailed and David so graciously went to a shop next door and got us snacks and waters. They truly displayed above and beyond hospitality. We felt comfortable the entire time and left feeling like we got a great deal.

The whole process was quite straightforward and efficient. Really liked Alastair, I thought he was a straight shooter and very helpful and quick to respond. Q4 is our 3rd and favorite EV.

Second time getting an Audi SUV through Audi San Francisco and mostly due to the friendliness and ease of the associates that work at this dealer, especially Alastair & Cristian. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and patient as my husband and I were trying to make our final decision without feeling pressured. In the end we walked away with the new Q8 E-tron and couldn't be happier. Might I also add that both Alastair and Cristian have been attentive even post purchase. I would definitely recommend either associate for your purchasing needs.

Audi San Francisco felt "cheap" at every point except for the bill. I brought my Q5 in for service and was initially pleased with being able to get an appointment quickly and the convenient location. But, things went downhill from pretty much the drop-off onwards. I waited about 10 minutes for them to resolve a traffic jam at drop-off, then handed the car over for a fairly routine oil change (I have AudiCare so it was pre-paid). Note the service facility is NOT in the dealership main location like, say, Audi Manhattan.
On drop-off, I was notified that if I paid for anything with a credit card, they would impose a 3% surcharge to cover their swipe fees. I didn't expect to have charges so didn't get too bothered about it.
Later that day I got a text message with information about their findings and the car was ready to pick up. I swung by the service department -- there were a few recommended items -- tires (not due to tread life but due to age, okay) and a battery replacement (a stunning $600+) and a window regulator I'd flagged. I was able to get them to bill the Audi extended warranty for the window regulator, and waived the other 2 items, but ended up paying the surcharge on the deductable.
While I waited for my car to come back, I realized that location doesn't really have a waiting area. They put a few chairs across from the service desks in the Audi brand store, in the drop-off lane, but it was noisy and a very small space, I couldn't even take a business call there.
Finally my serviced car returned. It hadn't been washed -- turns out they don't do courtesy washes like every other Audi dealer. It was buried in the paperwork that they're not allowed by law (?).
The service advisor was polite and helpful, but the folks who own this place have some of the cheapest business practices. This does NOT feel like a premium auto brands service facility at all, and they intermix their service location with other brands sold by Royal Autos (Audi and Volvo are the most premium, but they also have Mazda, so it's a mix). The customer service from the Royal Auto sales team has been fantastic. I went in to discuss the end of my VW ID4 lease and left with the Audi Q4 electric. Alistair Pakiam was the gentleman that I worked with and I couldn't recommend him more to anyone shopping for new wheels. Felt like chatting with long time friend - super direct and honest with a soft personal touch. Very happy with the whole process and the new car.
