I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the marinated cannellini beans, I have had this before and enjoyed it. But after a recent delivery, I have decided that the downward spiral in quality that I had experienced needed to stop. I will no longer order from this restaurant. The meat was old (brown spots throughout the lukewarm meat), and the beans were sitting in this soupy, milky-white overly minty sauce. It was inedible. A huge disappointment but it will be my last disappointment from Dig because that was my last visit. Cannot recommend.

Out of all 4 locations I've been to this is def the worst. Came in on a Saturday at around 4pm, food looked off. Sheet tray carrots sitting in a pool of oil, salads looked neglected, whole bay leaves in the food.

The guy behind the counter, was mumbling and got mad when I couldn't hear him. Saw him roll his eyes a few times, guessing he was having a bad day.

The whole operation just looked like management was off duty.

Very unfortunate but will probably travel to the 66th street location.

Name a place in Manhattan that tastes as good as this place, is healthy, and all at a low cost... I would say I'll wait, but I would be waiting for an eternity. I have yet to have a bad piece of food from this place. The meat, the veggies, the base of your choice, it's all delicious.

They are always fast and friendly providing great service.

This is a go to spot for me.

Lots of options for different kinds of diets (vegetarian, keto, gf, etc.,)
More affordable when you download the app and order pick up.
Chicken breast, mac and cheese and farro is my go to

Overall the food is good but sometimes you can't tell the difference between things such as the charred chicken and maple chicken. Service is a bit on the slow side

I think price wise when you compare it to similar places, it's a notch better than others

At this location, my food was ready for me to pick up. The staff looked friendly and assisted me with my order. The food was good, filling and tasty.

A friend I was with recommended this place to me based on it being a make your own health conscious easy on the go type lunch, and everything I got was delicious!

My food was really tasty and the ambience inside was really cute and aesthetic. I got the salmon with kale base, Mac and cheese and carrots. Service was really fast as well.

I went to Dig last week. I had no problems with the food or the ambiance. The reason why I gave three stars is for the bad service I received. When my daughter and I arrived at the restaurant, there was nobody on the line. It took the cashier 10 minutes to finally recognize us because he and the other staff members were busy with delivery orders. Secondly, when he finally asked us for our order, his attitude was so bad. It appeared to me like I was doing him a favor by being there. Whatever happened to good customer service.
