Jason is amazing, affordable, and responsive. Not only did he remove the nests, he fixed the vents so that they wouldn't come back in the future. All at HALF the cost of the other companies.
Pro-tip: The number on his website (https://beeremovalbelmontca.com/) is NOT the one you should text. If you listen to his voice mailbox, he has a different number.
I had wasps on my attic vent in South San Francisco that was a little hard to access and Orkin / Terminix were going to charge me $500 to just come out and spray it with a can, which I can do for $10.
When Terminix came by, the guy said he was just evaluating and would need to call a tech to come out the next day.
When Orkin showed up, they didn't have a tall enough ladder even though I told them, and they said that they wouldn't reach into the vent or change anything.
The day after I texted Jason, he rolled up with his truck had all the right equipment, removed the wasps, AND fixed my vent which these other pest control companies weren't going to do. No hassle, quick, and honestly he's pretty cool.
Thanks Jason!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rcw W.San Francisco, United States1713614 Mar 2024

Jason, the owner responded within a couple of hours of my initial contact. He provided a very reasonable quote after an insightful discussion about my back-lawn yellow jacket and bathroom wasp issues.
We made an appointment for the next day. He immediately identified that recent lawn fertilization bred tiny white flies that were attracting hundreds of yellow jackets to my back lawn. He eliminated it with a pet friendly spray and they have not come back. He also quickly identified that the wasps coming into my bathrooms were coming through a ceiling fan vent where he found and removed a nest.
Jason was SO MUCH BETTER in every way than the other services I contacted who gave me nonsense about carpenter bees in the attic although the bugs were clearly wasps, or not being able to clear my lawn, or who wanted to sell me an annual subscription for a ridiculous amount.
I highly recommend Jason and Humble Bee Removal.

We had gardeners come out to clean our yard and they found a bumblebee ground nest. So we called Humble Bee Removal the following day. Jason and his son, Noah came out to assess the nest and confirmed it was a bumblebee ground nest that took over a mole's hole.
The process was about a couple hours, Jason waited to see if more bumblebee bees would come back to the nest before wrapping up the job. Jason and his son were so kind and definitely humble! We asked so much questions and Jason was so knowledgeable. Best part was knowing that he was safely relocating the bumblebees to his backyard.
Thank you again so much to Jason and Noah. Would recommend them to all and if ever happens again, we'll be calling them back.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steven S.San Francisco, United States0427 Aug 2024
We contacted J in the morning due to a ground wasp nest that was crazy right under our kids tree swing. He came that afternoon and was so knowledgeable and efficient. Set up a few traps around the house and in two days they were all gone! Kids loved watching him in the bee suit too. Highly recommend him.

Satisfied, affordable and nice personality. Will definitely use them again. They were kind enough to explain and show us what they did onto of our chimney because bees were stuck in there. Thanks to Jason and his son we've got it done.

This was our first bee removal experience and I still cannot believe what happened. I just noticed some bees going in and out of this broken vent on our wall in the morning and immediately called Humblebee. They came in the evening and took the hive and bumblebees away within an hour. jason and zion were extremely pleasant to work with and happy to share their bee experiences and knowledge with us. Yes, I was bummed to pay $450 on my payday but I was happy that the money is going to such good people who genuinely love their job and bees!! I highly recommend them!

I contacted Jason on Monday about removing pests from a house in SF; Zion went out early on Tuesday and did a terrific job. These guys answer their phone, keep you in the loop and did a wonderful professional job! Great to deal with.

Let me set the scene.. I am 9 months pregnant due any day with an induction appointment in a couple days if our baby doesn't come sooner on his own. I am washing dishes and out our window I see a swarm of bees, what had to be hundreds or possibly up to a thousand. I alerted my husband who went out to investigate and discovered they were congregating where our dryer vent/exhaust was. A handful got into the house from gaps in the wall/ dryer vent. You can imagine our stress, not knowing if we were going to have to leave for the hospital any minute and having this issue arise.. all while having a toddler at home as well. We don't know if she's allergic to bees and this wasn't an ideal time to find out either.
We contacted our Property Management company who reached out to Humble Bee and they were in contact with my husband right away for scheduling. They were responsive and easy to work with.
Zion came and spent a couple hours mitigating the issue and helping relocate the honeybees who had called our dryer vent (and the entire wall, apparently) their home. Not only was he professional and efficient, he actually spent a TON of time educating my husband and was a REALLY nice guy. Extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing.
Not all heroes wear capes.. and we will forever be grateful for Zion and Humble Bee providing us with some much needed peace during what was a very chaotic and bizarre situation at a busy time for our family.
Our son was born a couple days later and we haven't seen a SINGLE bee since. THANK YOU ZION + humble bee!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
