Ended up here because my car got a flat tire right outside the shop. I walked in and asked if they could lend a hand and my spare was on my car so fast I forgot I ever had a flat. They were so kind I wish I could have stayed and chilled for a bit haha.

Very impressed with Jose and their service. Clearly the guy loves what he is doing and is very enthusiatic about his work. Price for routine service was 1/2 to 1/3 of what local MB dealers would charge. No reason to go to MB dealer service except for warranty work.

Joel and his team are the absolute best. I'm so glad I found them when I moved back to SF. I finally found a decent repair shop with a rad service advisor in SoCal when I had to move back to SF (Thanks Covid). I was worried I wouldn't find anyone honest or well priced in the area. Thankfully after having a few convos with places in the area I decided on Metric Motors. Joel and the team were able to help diagnose the complicated problem with my car and give me an honest quote of what I should absolutely fix and other problems I could maybe wait a few months on. Surprisingly, money has yet to grow on trees so I can't fix everything all at once. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I've been back a few times for maintenance and the team has done solid work on my car and even gotten it back to me the same day. They're really nice people!

Had my vehicle serviced here for years before moving out of the area. Service was always outstanding, staff was informative, helpful, and the prices were always extremely reasonable. More importantly, it was refreshing to have auto service with integrity, where I am dealing with people with genuine honesty, and not being sold needless service to replace parts that still have years of serviceable wear and use in them. I have personally recommended them to friends, and tell everyone this is THE place to go if looking for an auto mechanic they can actually Trust!

As soon as the warranty expired on my Audi, I stopped going to the dealer and went to Metric Motors for all my service. For 4+ years, Joel and the rest of the team took amazing care of it! Regular tune ups and oil changes are reasonably priced and done same-day. I also had a weird intermittent issue that they worked very hard to figure out. Every couple of weeks, I'd bring it in for a day or two and they'd try a new solution. Eventually, they conceded that they could not diagnose the problem, but they charged me nothing for what must have been at least $2500 worth of parts and labor. I never thought I'd find that kind of honesty from a car mechanic! I just sold the car, but if I get another German car, I'm definitely bringing it back to Metric Motors.

I've been taking my BMW to Metric Motors for a couple years now and have nothing but great things to say about the service, the hospitality, and the communication. Joel's incredibly gregarious, accommodating and maintains total professionalism during the highs and lows. Andy provides top notch work, and ensures the business always does right by the customer. Their expertise also covers a broad range of European brands.

I had a hiccup during my last service and there were no excuses, just solutions to make it right and they absolutely delivered.

Went in for an oil leak and a loose muffler. Turns out my oil leak was from a loose valve and all they had to do was tighten it along with a bolt on the muffler. They didnt charge me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said it only took them a couple minutes and they felt bad for charging me! For someone who knows NOTHING about cars i loved the honesty and excellent customer service! They just made a customer for life!

They are very honest folks. Fair prices and genuinely nice to be around! I would recommend for all Mini and BMW needs.

The best place to bring ur European car to for out of warranty repairs. They are good people!
