I booked them twice for different reasons.
They have a good booking system and works very efficiently.
Reasonable price and good service. Will consider referring to my friends.

Diagnosed problem with clothes washer. Suggested that it wasn't worth repairing due to age and that we buy a new one. Note that he would have made more money if he recommended a repair. He was honest and I really appreciate that. We will use him for future needs.

I called and they came quickly. Dryer was resolved and I can dry the laundry again! Visit fee is waived if they do the repair job. Visit fee if not repaired is very reasonable compared to others.

Great guys. My dishwasher started mysteriously leaking. Ellie came at the last minute on a Friday afternoon before New Years, and went right up to the machine and started wrenching on it. I live in a rental with a weird, ancient, rare, under-the-sink dishwasher. But it was clear this was not their first rodeo with one of these things as soon as they walked in the door.

After messing around with the thing, they concluded there was no mechanical problem, but rather that the seals were so clogged that it was leaking a bit out the door. I was really impressed with how quickly they got down to business and diagnosed the problem-- which, in my case, was simply to give the thing a deep cleaning.

They charged me the base fee of $65, which considering the other guys wanted over $140, is a pretty good deal. I hope I don't have to call these guys again (I mean, who looks forward to appliance repair?) but I'd definitely trust them if I do.

Eli and his team are excellent - we have called on them multiple times to fix various appliances. They are responsive, honest, skilled, and reasonably priced.

Eli was amazing, showed up on time to fix our GE Monogram Built-in refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the new motherboard and
it was fixed within 2 hours. Wonderful service, very fair price, outstanding!!!!

They helped diagnose the problem with my samsung dryer and laid out my options clearly with the costs. I appreciate how open and honest they were with the cost to repair vs buy a new one, even when the recommendation doesn't make them as much money. It was an old machine so i chose to buy new rather than repair because the price for replacement parts was high. I will use their service again.

Our Kenmore gas dryer stopped heating. I made an appointment through Spark Appliance's website after finding them here on Yelp. Parvin showed up on time as expected. He was upfront about costs, which I agreed to. He then immediately took the dryer apart and evaluated what the problem was. Once he discovered the problem, he informed me what that problem was, and then told me he had to go get a part for the repair. He was gone no more than 30 minutes. When he returned, he cleaned out all the excess lint and dirt that had built up and caused the problem, and installed the new fuse part, which was prevent the dryer from heating to prevent a fire. He put the dryer back together and cleaned up completely. He then showed me the the dryer was working again.

Parvin was polite, thorough, and professional. I would highly recommend this repair service for your appliance repair needs.

Came out within 30 mins to quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem. Rather than charge me a lot of $$$ to repair, I was advised to just purchase a new appliance. I appreciated their honesty and recommendation.

Elsevar was great fixing our Electrolux dryer. He communicated everything, was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and charged a reasonable price. And he's funny. What more could you ask for.
