Dino was terrific
He came out on a Sunday morning to accommodate my busy schedule.
He did an amazing job.. very friendly and he definitely knows his stuff...
He even did another repair for me..
While he was there. A really nice guy.

Requested a quote for repairs that involved painting/dent removal and received a quick response via text where I was quoted $750 after sending pictures of my vehicle..
I then requested another quote just for PDR and they never responded!! Very unprofessional!!

So i'm still shopping around for quotes.

Got a large dent in my SUV after some poor maneuvering around an oversized cement parking barrier in a crowded lot. Didn't want the hassle of a body shop and being charged excessively (when I'm purposely avoiding the insurance route as I felt like the repair would have cost the same as my deductible).

Sent A1 Dent Tech an email with photos of the damage and Dino replied giving me an estimate of repair (very reasonable) and was able to arrange a date where he would come to do the mobile repairs. All he needed from me was the paint color as he would do his best to match.

Easy convenient, while I was working from home, he worked in my driveway and did the much needed repairs. He was able to pull out the dent and did an absolutely amazing job as it looks as if it was never damaged. You can tell Dino is an artist / master at this craft as his attention to detail was superior (my dent follows into the rear tail light assembly, the quarter panel had to be straightened out and painted properly along the light assembly edges and made to fit properly again).

Love the convenience, easy communication, work attitude and reasonable cost. Will recommend to anyone for any body work that doesn't require entire spray booths! Will look to Dino for all my future body work needs.

My car was scratched again while parked in the city and I immediately reached out to Dino. This is the second time I've worked with him. He scheduled me right away and the repair came out perfect again. The quality of the repair is incredible. The depth and luster of the paint is on par with a body shop.

Dino is very easy to communicate with and more importantly transparent regarding the amount of work required and pricing. There were no tricks, no bad surprises. I was initially skeptical because I had never used a "mobile repair service" and the color of my car, habanero orange (I did not choose but the car looks pretty good), is not the most common. Which is why I called a few body shops. Needless to say that the estimates were higher except for one shop which however lacked in terms of communication skills. And I am fairly sure that the price would have gone up after I showed up. Additionally, none could perform the work the same day. Which is one of the extras that Dino can provide.

He announced about 1h30 worth of work but the job lasted for almost 3h from the time he showed up at my building's parking lot. That does not account for the time it took him to get the equipment and the paint. The price I paid was well worth the time he spent getting the tools and dealing with the repair. Although I am not a professional, I believe that he could have done the job in 1h30. But the guy is a perfectionist and prides himself for diligence. He stayed until the paint dried up and he is sure that the color matches the original color. I will let you judge by yourselves from the photos.

The man is also a very decent individual. I stayed during the entire time, asked all the questions I wanted to ask. He did not seem to be bothered. We had a great conversation.

Great service, he was very thorough and responded right away when I needed his service. He is reliable, clear and straightforward, to what needed to be done. He provided clear information over the phone with details.
Showed up on time, and communicated during this process.
He worked "in my driveway " and results to be honest are very clean and nice. He put in the extra effort to do the paint match, fix the dents to the best of his ability. Honestly, it looks way better and seriously, no one can tell if it had an issue in the first place. Price was reasonable, and he was clear throughout the process in communicating the price. No hidden games!

Honestly, in NYC, you need to know him cause we know how crazy drivers are! Knowing someone who works honestly, diligently and at fair price is like winning a lotto!
