AAA Appliance Repair

My 10 year old Whirlpool washer has recently been acting up and I decided it was time to call for repair work. Checked Yelp for reviews and I initially was pleased to find several choices of appliance repair companies with great ratings. Then, I tried to contact a few and I was surprised at the poor responses I received from the first two. Turned out that was a good thing because AAA Appliance Repair was next on the list. First off, someone quickly answered when I called. I'm afraid I didn't catch this gentleman's name, might have been Oleg, but he was friendly, efficient, well organized, polite and professional. He quickly set up an appointment the next day for them to diagnose the problem. He confirmed with an email and informed me Alex would be coming over.
The next day, Alex took the time to text and call to let me know his estimated time of arrival. I was worried I wouldn't be able to accurately describe the problems I was having with the washer. I worried needlessly! Alex was so knowledgeable that I only had to describe a few of the problems. We then had a very informative discussion about these washers and their life expectancies. Alex (who at all times, was friendly, polite and helpful) then gave me his recommendations along with his reasoning. He described the repairs that could be done along with the part prices. Then, he didn't hesitate to give me his recommendations for best value, which would be to replace the washer in the near future rather than a repair. His logic made perfect economic sense. I was very appreciative that would give me this suggestion rather than have me pay for the repair work.
Anyway, I've now bookmarked AAA Appliance Repair as my first contact for any future repair work. I've already told a couple of friends about my good experience with them.

I've used them several times for my appliances. Great customer service, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. Both dishwasher and oven are doing great.

Started out as a bad experience, but I really appreciate that Michael and Oleg turned things around. I had a dryer that had been broken for weeks, and had already spoken to two repair guys who didn't have any idea or were incredible abrasive. Came to AAA Appliance repair based on a recommendation from a friend.

The initial repair person that AAA sent didn't bother troubleshooting the machine and bizarrely blamed the apartment outlet as insufficient. After multiple conversations with my building, electricians, and Home Depot, it was clear that the outlet was working as intended and had no issues at 120/208v. In fact, the circuit breaker panel even showed 120/208 if he had checked. When I went back to the repair person about this, he said he could repair the control panel for the machine, but had no guarantees if it didn't work. Basically, he dismissed the fact that he had no idea and did not look at the machine.

I communicated with Oleg and Michael, who were very responsive and immediately came out the next day with more senior technicians, who very thoughtfully looked at the control panel and looked at the machine and identified a small design flaw that would not require me purchasing a whole new machine or a new circuit panel piece. They were able to fix it within 15 to 20 minutes, no issues. And now the machine is working great again! They also offered helpful pointers on what they thought the issue was and recommendations for dryers in the future if I needed a replacement. A+ follow up from the company once I provided feedback. Really glad they provided excellent customer service and would use them again.

Three year old Miele dishwasher stopped draining and there went my nightly dishwashing of a million plates and cookware. Frantic I searched Yelp and called about four different repair companies. I must say this is the only one that actually answered, which is odd, but boy am I glad they did. Came two days later, helped me solve my problem (a clogged screw from the dishwasher came off and into the drain!) and the pricing was very reasonably. Thank you, Oleg and Sam! Super grateful.

Oleg from AAA arrived on time and repaired the ice forming issue on the base of our Viking freezer. He was very knowledgeable and courteous..... and more to the point, he fixed the problem. Based on our experience, we would recommend AAA Appliance.

They came out quickly, I was quoted the service call fee and terms in advance, the service person was courteous, thorough and very honest about the problem. I appreciated his candor and assistance. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They made sure I understood the problem and recommended I contact the manufacturer. They could have given me a song and dance and ultimately not fixed the problem after a little bandaid therapy. I appreciate their integrity.

Easily scheduled and repaired a broken belt on a gas dryer. Came back to fix it again at no extra charge when the first belt failed for unknown reasons. Cost was reasonable. I would use them again.

Mike from AAA Appliance Repair serviced my 14+ year old stove today. Mike was easy to communicate with, responsive, professional and efficient. The service was a reasonable cost. Next time I need an appliance to be serviced, I will call AAA.
