I have to say this was one of the most pleasant service calls we have ever experienced. Alex replied to my request for a service call for our washing machine within 10 minutes and told me when he could come out. It was already 7pm on Thursday and he said he could be at our house anytime after 12pm on Friday. I scheduled for 5pm and he texted me around 430pm saying he was on his way. He showed up at 5pm and told me it would take about 30 minutes to determine the problem. About 30 minutes later he told me the issue and it could be close to $400 to fix. He told me I could save money if I did it myself and explained what I would have to do but that I might just consider getting a new Washer. He cleaned the bottom of the washer and performed a temporary fix with some silicone which he advised would not last long. All this for no extra charge than the agreed on $35 service fee! He is very friendly and polite as well. Highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a fair and honest appliance repair man!

I made appointment to get my moms washer looked at seem like a nice guy but he never showed up to our appointment. Then this morning I see he didn't show up because I did not want to give him my phone number i have him my moms address and name and said you can message me on here.

Besides, you ignored my message with phone number request on Yelp and posted your review at 10:45 am but your appointment time was between 10 am and 12pm. Really fast response and they had lots of available times to meet my schedule. Honest feedback on the problem with my washing machine and my dishwasher. Would definitely use again.

These positive reviews on here at STAGED! THEY MUST BE FAKE!
The most incompetent, lousy service workers known to man.
They came into our house late, after missing their repair window they gave us.
They ran the dryer for 10 seconds and said it needed $450 of work but there was a part shortage so he couldn't fix it for weeks.
They said collected their $70 and couldn't wait to leave. All they wanted to do is collect the $70 fee.
If you have ANY smarts, if you have any self-respect, you will AVOID THIS LOUSY BUSINESS with CRAPPY, LAZY, LAZY, LAZY repairmen.
4 and a half stars my ---!

ABC was one of the first to respond to my request, communicated clearly with a fair diagnosis fee, and were willing to send someone out within a couple of hours which was great. Their technician worked quickly and had us up and running again. He even ran to the hardware store for some supplies to make an additional optional repair (vent duct) for a very reasonable price, then left us with several "pro tips" for our other appliances. Solid work at a fair price, thanks ABC!

ABC service guys were sent by Bestbuy to rectify a faulty install of a dishwasher. Best buy had sent some repair folks a week ago who do some diagnosis who took picture etc. said the install was faulty and I should call Bestbuy to fix the install. So Bestbuy sent out these guys.
ABC came in and left in 10 mins. The guy just did not want to work. He wasn't here to solve the problem. Said we needed to call a repair guy.
I am taking this up with Bestbuy but I would hire these guys to do anything if the guy they sent was any indication of their quality of service.

After I expressed my unsatisfied experience with ABC Service last time, Alex and his team proactively reached me and proposed all possible solution to get thing right. After another diagnostic and repair with discount provided, so far the problem has been solved and I am impressed by the customer service they provide.

tl,dr, bad communication, bad professional skill and management. No recommendation.
I called ABC Service to repair the freezer of my refrigerator in my rental property. The technician first came in the afternoon and replaced a couple parts from the refrigerator (remember, the diagnostic fee worth $70 which is waived though if repair is done with them). The technician could not really explain what parts were changed and what was the issue but only mentioned the repair is done and "the refrigerator is NOT in bad condition and should be good with 6 month warranty".
(BTW, i asked the tenant to approve the repair if the quote is under $300. However, the tenant believed the quote is $265 throughout the service without any correction from the technician until the service is done.)
At the evening, right after the technician left, my tenant noticed the freezer was still not working and called them back the second day. At the second day, the same technician told me the compressor of the refrigerator should be replaced but he didn't found the issue correctly during the first visit, and another $400+ is required in addition to $300+ I already paid. I said that doesn't make sense to me and asked why the issue had not been found in the first visit. Technician can't give the answer but keep saying it is ok to not repair with them.... Then I said fine, no repair and I won't pay anything since the $70-worth diagnostic became an invalid service then. Initially the technician insisted I need to pay 70$ until I called the so-called management. After I hanged up the phone, i thought this is done, my tenant told me the technician is switching the parts he put on at first day back! That is ridiculous. No one can trust them that they keep the original broken parts and put them back as they were. After I called again, the technician said "fine, i will leave them there"
The third day, my refrigerator stopped working COMPLETELY (both freezer and refrigerator compartment). Remember only the freezer compartment was broken before ABC Service "repair".
And when I talk with the so-called management, the only thing they keep saying is every job should be paid. But I don't understand if the job is not done right and even worse, they broke my refrigerator, what should I pay? Or I should even be compensated? Now, I need a new refrigerator after their fix....

My dryer was making a squeaking sound. I figured it was the pulley and rollers. They came over the same day I asked them too. The name of our tech was Richard. He was polite and answered my questions about the repairs.
Total cost :
The price for parts was $86. The fee for labor is $269.00

Found the needed part on a short notice and finished the repair next day. Reasonable price, excellent communication, smooth transaction -- would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Heater stopped working on a VERY cold Sunday. Called ABC because they advertised Sunday service. Tech arrived on time. Diagnosed that the motor needed to be replaced (in a 3 year old furnace) at a cost of $834. Since he couldn't get one before the next day I told him I would call the original installers to see if it was under warranty. I called first thing in the morning and they sent out their tech who diagnosed that the filter needed to be replaced at a cost of $13.00. It has been working fine ever since. Hmmm. Wonder why I gave only 1 star. I would give zero if that was an option.

Our fridge broke on a Saturday night. I called ABC appliances on Sunday morning and spoke w Alex who was able to get me an appointment on the same day. Adam O from ABC came over on time (by 12 noon) and diagnosed the problem within 15 mins. He figured out the parts needing replacement, went and came back within an hour with the part. And fixed my fridge very quickly. He went overboard and cleaned everything to avoid potential problems in future. Yes, all this was on a Sunday. I recommend Adam and ABC to anybody for fast and excellent service.
