All Brand Appliance Repair

I just wanted to say that the reviews seem to represent reality! I have a Samsung dryer and I barely could start to explain the problem and Leo already knew what it was just by moving the drum and explaining what was broken/breaking. He knew what parts to get and showed me a price. Returned promptly on the following day to repair the unit as planned - and it works perfectly! The warranty on the work will probably never come into play but it's nice to know they have it. Great experience and I'll use them again if needed.

Almost had a panic attack last night when i came home from work at 4pm and our dryer wasn't working. Two little kids, loads and loads waiting and the image of me hiking 3 blocks up hill in the dark to the nearest laundry mat...i raced to the computer. One quick yelp search later and these guys pop up. The receptionist totally understood what I was going thru and sent the mechanics over within 24 hours. The guys showed up right on time, actually a few minutes early...they took their shoes off and fixed our dryer no problem. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them!!

Called to see if my 10+ year old Bosch dryer can be fixed. The technician Oleg came out the same day and recommended replacing the unit instead of spending a ton on repairing a unit that is only meant to last for 10-12 years, chances are something else will break down. I paid with the yelp deal when I called and Oleg waived the rest of the service call charge when he found out I found them on yelp! I really appreciate his honest opinion and promised to write him a yelp review. Time to shop for a new dryer...
